The shop is really beautiful, well located and has a vast range of nail options. If you're the right type of clientel you might find the experience here to be fantastic.

My experience however wasn't great - I wasn't treated well (hands and feet kept getting shoved, technician was short, and seemed to be cutting corners).

I expressed that some things weren't being done properly and the technician begrudgingly did them.

Before starting on my hands I paid in advance in case there was a sense that I wasn't going to pay (because my displeasure of the nail experience so far could possibly be seen on my face) but the passive aggressiveness of the technician continued.

And now despite paying of £70 just to do shellac my nails have chipped - barely been 24hours.

I don't think I will come back here again and if I do I would come in the company of another person so that that horrible feeling of "not feeling like one belongs" is not as poignant.

I found Hazel’s nail spa when I was looking for someone to do nail art for my wedding nails. They are really amazing! The salon is really lovely, as are the nail technicians. I was so happy with the nails for my wedding, I just got another set and will 100% be a repeat customer. Thank you for the lovely nails 😊

So happy with my nail extensions that I had done here for my sister‘s wedding! They look absolutely beautiful… had lots of great comments from the other bridesmaids! They did them exactly as I wanted and the salon is very professional and friendly. Will definitely be coming back again… Highly recommend Hazels 👍😊

Have been coming to Hazel’s for a good while now and cannot recommend them enough. Brilliant service and the colour range is fab. My nails always look perfect when having them done - would not go anywhere else!
