Awful place had my nails done 6 days ago paid over £20 full infills with gel polish went back today as both my thumb nails have came off for the young girl(lee the owners daughter very very rude young lady ) to shout at me saying it’s my fault the gel has came off and because it’s a week n 12 hours she wants to charge me as she’s saying I done something to make the gel come off yet the wanna tell people gel lasts for 4 weeks and then scream at me well if you don’t like it go else where don’t come here 😯😯 rude young lady dw I won’t be coming back and your mother wonders why people are going to MY NAIL BAR up the road for the same price but better customer service and apologise if there in the wrong not shout at the customer and basically tell you to do one and go else where never will I set foot in that awful run nail shop

Went in and nails looked good straight after, although not the neatest. However, within a day both my gels and my friends acrylics started to crack. The lady doing my friends acrylics cut her finger so many times.

I had my nails done here today and I got a same day appointment, the staff were excellent and did an amazing job I can't rate them highly enough I had a pedicure paint and back and leg massage £20 total cost but not gel £10 more for gel. But for pedicure alone totally worth it I am thrilled "I'll be back"

None of the nails were the same length, the shape that was given was so wide and chunky looking, had to attempt to fix it myself. Left with cuts on my cuticles too.

Had SNS on natural nails done a week ago. I go to a different salon on the High Street every 3 weeks but they were busy so I decided to give Elegant Nails a try. Worst decision ever. It looked nice when done but within a week all al lof my nails started breaking and flaking at the tips. After 3 straight years of perfect nails my nails are ruined. I am beyond angry!

I had my acrylic nails done here for holiday and asked for simple French tips but these were done horribly. Not to mention that I was cut multiple times with the drill and when I asked for square shaped nails, I was given coffin nails. The shapes of my nails are all different and half of my nails have not been painted properly. My nail beds are in agony and red as they have been drilled down too far. When I said that I was not satisfied with my nails, I was told that it was my fault that they looked that way. I am extremely disappointed as now I have to go to my usual salon to get my nails taken off plus a new set which will cost me extra money I shouldn’t have to pay in the first place.

Heard great things about here from friends. Got acrylics and had the worst experience ever at a nail shop. The lady doing my nails was very harsh and kept nicking me on my cuticles, was pulling my nails
and bending my fingers in ways they could not. Then would have an attitude if i accidentally moved my finger.

Now my nails, i asked for coffin shape and i didn’t get that, they’re all crooked and the top coat is missing in spots on all of my nails. Cut to different lengths on top of all that. Very bad experience for me, sorry to say.

Been there for pedicure and manicure for the last 3 months and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Work wise I have got the best experience from here after trying 3 other saloons in High Street. So overall highly recommended!!
