Salon is clean, well presented and very relaxing and the prices are very good compared to others in the local area.

I have been coming here for years and have put a review on google before and they keep removing it for some strange reason.

I love coming here for my treatments, especially my facials in which have been life changing for me.

The staff are absolutely amazing and a joy to speak to.

I came in for a bikini line wax, the ladies were absolutely lovely but the actually service provided was lacking. When I got home the sides weren't even with one side barely looking like it had been touched. The hair was still very much visible around the sides of my knicker line which was really disappointing.

I ended up having to redo it and wax myself at home to which I was more thorough. A learning experience and now I've done that, I unfortunately won't be coming back.

As I say, lovely ladies though, the place is clean and smells lovely. 2* based solely on the fact I simply didn't get the service I paid for.

Both women are amazing but Emma is my therapist and is bloody amazing! Very informative about what is going on with my skin. Have so many different treatments on offer that I didn’t even know they did!

Highly highly recommend for anyone who just needs an hour to relax with a facial or anyone with genuine concerns

I first see this salon on Treatwell and booked in for a facial, the staff are lovely and met all my needs in a facial and very knowledgeable on my skin concerns that I have had trouble with for years.

Pregnancy massage as my friend had got me a voucher. Very welcoming and they were expecting me. I wasn’t given any instructions where to put my things in the room or how I should lie on the bed. Massage it’s was nice. Very gentle and relaxing (like stroking my skin with zero pressure). It was very different to any massage I’ve had before so couldn’t compare it. Relaxing but didn’t relieve muscle tension.
Off putting at the end when the therapist was nowhere in sight, instead someone I hadn’t seen before saying “so did you want to book again”. I felt this was quite unprofessional and definitely off putting to actually book again. Never had a massage where the therapist wasn’t there at the end.

Had a facial today and it wasn’t a great experience. I was lying in the room waiting for the therapist for 10 mins, the facial then consisted of cleansing, steaming for 15 mins!!, couple of masks and it was cut short due to her lateness! Not even a glass of water offered and all that for £75. Disappointing.
