The staff were friendly and professional. My nails were done to a great standard. The price is extremely reasonable. Would definitely go back.

Had an amazing pedicure here recently.

I play a lot of sport and so my feet can need sorting from time to time. Ruby did an amazing job, really great service and came out feeling brand new.

Will be coming back soon for sure!

Disappointing Service and Unwelcoming Atmosphere

This nail salon used to be the go-to place, but sadly, customer service has deteriorated significantly. They regularly turn away customers hours before closing, making it impossible to rely on them for appointments. My mum and I arrived at 3 PM, well within their posted hours, only to be rudely dismissed without a second glance, as if they were closing immediately.

Beyond the early closures, they seem to pick and choose who they attend to.
, creating an unfair and unwelcoming environment. The attitude towards customers is dismissive and unprofessional—far from the friendly service that once made this salon popular.

It’s a shame to see such a decline in service, but I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other salons that respect their customers and uphold better standards.

I used to enjoy going there for nail extensions. Lovely staff etc. However when I started getting "builder gel" on my own nails my experience turned BAD. I was told I was getting "builder gel" when I wasn't...THREE different nail salons had confirmed it was not "builder gel"- it was very thin and thinking of if, it wasn't applied like the way my new salon has now applied a proper builder gel. I went back to American Golden to confront them in a friendly way and I was told that I had been given builder gel but basically my nails are bad so that's why it looks thin. Rubbish. I've now got what is a 100% builder gel applied by my new salon (who said American Golden were putting a different type of gel but not builder..). Very disappointed but it's not the end of the world. I think they were trying to save money using my lack of knowledge of their services. If it wasn't for a friend I would have never thought I didnt have builder gel on my nails....no wonder they were chipping fast....now my nails are firmly staying nice and it's been nearly 3 weeks.

10/10 service. I've had my nails done by Tia and Ruby, both amazing, friendly and professional. Would recommend to all!

Went here for the first time today and I’m so impressed! The nail techs were so accommodating and really made sure we were happy with our nails. Not only that, they were able to do amazing designs with great attention to detail. Special thanks to Ruby!
