If I could give this place a million stars, I absolutely would. I’ve lived in London for 13 years and this is by far the best beauty salon I’ve ever been to - and I’ve tried many!

I used to live just down the road and would get my nails done there regularly. The quality of work is impeccable every single time. On top of that, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming - it genuinely felt like I was going for a life update and therapy session at the same time. The girls who work there are amazing!

I’ve also had my eyebrows threaded there (completely painless!) and enjoyed a couple of massages that were exactly what I needed.

I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more. Love, love, love it! 💕

Absolutely in love! Got acrylic removal and BIAB for the first time, honestly the loveliest people and such a calm atmosphere in comparison to other places I’ve been. My nails have never looked better and feel healthier - so so happy! Thank you x

I couldn’t recommend Lay more highly! It was my first time visiting, but I was made to feel completely comfortable right away. The massage was incredible—easily the best I’ve ever had. Lay really took the time to focus on the areas I mentioned and worked on them thoroughly. I left feeling super relaxed, and on top of that, I got some great advice and recommendations for other treatments that could help me.

It was a hot day, and the experience ended perfectly with a refreshing cold drink and all the time I needed to get ready—no sense of being rushed out the door. Lay was professional, warm, and incredibly attentive. I’ll definitely be back!

Lay completely stole my heart, I finally found the beautician i needed.Not only she is a great professional, knows what is doing,accomodate any kind of request.
What i really appreciated is her human side because I think that when you decide to treat yourself and look after yourself you need to really find a person that gives you sincere advice not just seeing you as a number or trying to rip you off as many beauty shops in London.
Lay is one of us and really loved chatting with her.
Looking forward my next manicure and eyelashes.

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a highly professional, clean and extremely welcoming salon. I’ve had manicures, pedicures and waxes and all have been done to a very high quality. And all for a fair price. I am now a very loyal customer.
