Had a manicure with acrylic French tips and a pedicure with shellac. The experience was enjoyable, relaxing and my friend and I felt very welcomed. The nails are beautiful too! Chloe did my nails - she was really lovely.

This is my first day walking down here todo my nails however, the experience I’ve got for customers service to to my nails stylist was incredible specially Tom his the best simply funny guy too I’ll definitely recommend fair price too I love it definitely I’ll comeback ❤️

Wouldn’t recommend this nail shop at all. This is a long overdue review based on examining the performance of this nail shop for a year.

Apart from their inconsistency in precision and care with nails, My biggest concern is the lack of hygiene standards in this establishment. The workers do not sanitise their equipment which is one of the most prominent causes of infection, the workers do not use gloves and then fail to wash their hands even after they’ve carried out a pedicure service. Upon my visit last week, one of the male workers, brought out a dirty used tissue from his pocket to be used to dab the acrylic brush after each application. Whilst also doing my toes, he stopped midway to go out to smoke, then came back after 10 minutes to finish without an apology. If you take a good look around the shop, you’ll barely see any cleaning products or disinfectants. I’m shocked to see that even after Covid 19, establishments have still not learnt anything about cleanliness!

The owner is extremely snappy and rude and I actually recorded her laughing at one of her customers when she had left. The owner has shouted at me numerous times just for asking for a nail/toe to be fixed.

They have 3 kids who run around the shop screaming and shouting, lying on the chairs in which customers are supposed to be sitting on. Coming to inspect peoples toes and nails. I have no issue with children but professionalism must be upheld with every business. I should not come for a relaxing appointment and leave with a headache because you can’t control your children.

I’ve also seen the workers give people the wrong prices to which one customer actually became angry and walked out without paying to due how the owner and her staff were quoting her different prices from the start to end.

Lastly, this shop uses MMA liquid for their acrylic sets. I would just advise whoever is reading this to just google MMA and how to identify it it’s been used and then you’ll understand the danger of using this cheap monomer. I realised upon my last visit that when they were removing my last set, my nails became sticky with a gummy,melted residue.

I will never be returning to this shop again for my own health, safety and wellbeing. If you’re reading this, I hope you don’t either.
