Very rude staff. I have had some very negative interactions from the staff as previously mentioned by other comments but my recent experience has now put me off the salon I used to be a regular at, for life. They deal with black cash and so they don’t take card payments unless you bank transfer them. I accidentally sent them money while out and about, and for two days they refused to refund my money, claiming there was not enough evidence. I had to make threats to escalate the issue to higher authorities in order for them to return it.

I experienced extremely unprofessional and aggressive behavior from the salon manager.
After being a loyal customer of this salon for over two years, today while my nails were being done, I simply asked a question: I had requested an almond shape, but the result looked pointy — wasn’t this supposed to be almond?

I was met with aggressive and rude behavior in response. I paid £85 for a service that was not what I asked for, and on top of that, I was treated disrespectfully.

Additionally, this salon only accepts cash and refuses card payments, Any one knows what could be the reason?????

I will never return to this salon again.

The staff were nice. But the skills of the nail technician I got were not up to par. I provided a picture of what I saw on their Instagram page to the nail tech and he said he could do it. When it got to choosing the colour he said he didn’t know want colour was used in the photo (the same photo on their own Instagram page) and told me to choose myself. Me having no idea that what had been used was gel, he asked me to select from normal nail polish. I had absolutely no chance of getting the same results. I expected that being a professional, he would be able to know exactly what to use. I left feeling like I had completely wasted my money and I blame myself for not having vocalised this but it felt as though he didn’t know what he was doing and just wanted to leave with aim of never returning. I ended up taking off the nails as soon as I left at another nail salon which ended up costing me a lot of money. Very disappointed.

Been a customer at this salon for over 3 years, and today’s experience was absolutely shocking. I explained that I have a wedding in 24 hours and asked if there was any way they could help fix 3 broken nails. The salon wasn’t busy, yet no one tried to find a solution. I was told I would have to pay £40 to fix just 3 nails, and three team members refused to offer any alternatives. £40 is the infill price. I didn’t ask for an infill. Just a repair of 3 nails, which I mentioned on the phone.

My French tips didn’t even last 2 weeks, and I have had sets there that last a lot longer. I was never quoted a price over the phone and left feeling completely unsupported as a regular customer.

Sadly, Deluxe Nails has lost a loyal customer. The service was dreadful, the customer care non-existent, and I will never return.

Having been to other (and more expensive) salons and having been disappointed, I went to Deluxe Nails in New Cross today for a manicure and pedicure.
Outstanding!
I would recommend this salon to any and everyone...
