Despite the prices being low, I would not go here. I have been three times and each time was severe damage to my nails. First time was the shellac nail polish they use burns under the UV dryer, you have to pull your fingers out. Second visit was the women cut my cuticles so much I was bleeding for days. Third visit was when I went in for a polish removal and they thinned my nails so much from shaving it that it’s uncomfortable to touch anything. I wouldn’t recommend here and the other negative reviews are accurate.

Helen did an amazing job on a set of acrylic nails. I didn’t book and they were accommodating enough to get me in on a Saturday morning with no appointment. Excellent service, lovely nails and well priced.

the workers were so lovely, the nails are amazing, so many colour choices, quick service, and the owner bought my and my friends a pizza which was so so so sweet. would definitely come back!

My last visit wasn’t a good experience. I believe it was the main lady who worked on me, and she seemed off. She ended up making my cuticles bleed and kept stopping and telling me to “relax” over 20 times, which felt strange and unprofessional. She was very nit-picky, constantly moving my arms, tapping my hands and telling me if I move I make her job harder. I have never had this problem before and more professional technicians simply get on with their job without making it the customers issue how well they perform.

Professional service also should involve speaking English so customers feel included, rather than talking in your own language around or about them. It comes across rather inconsiderate and isolating for the customer who doesn’t understand what you are saying, just a tip. Perhaps additional customer service training or observing how higher-end salons operate could help keep customers coming back. In the meantime, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

I popped by today to have my gel nails removed the lady was very gentle and my nails feel great. I’ve also been for a pedicure here I would recommend this salon.
