A real shame. Like their service, but they don’t respect their customers.

Once I arrived at 9:30 for my appointment, they arrived at the salon at 10:00.

Today I arrived at 11:30 for my appointment - the man just took another client who just arrived and just told me to wait (she had not booked). When the lady was finished with her client, she started setting up for her next client who had not yet arrived - no communication, no apology. Just an expectation that I should wait.

Not professional - they just lost a regular client!

Both mani pedi expertly done, especially the latter. The nail polish colours on a swatch not always representative of how they come out in real life. I would ask to see them on nails next time. Will be returning however.

I had the best pedicure ever courtesy of Mei on 8/11/25. This was my first appointment at Vy Nails & Beauty and it will definitely not be my last. The premises are very well kept and immaculately clean. I noted all the measures taken by Mei to prevent cross infection and I am most impressed.

Just had the best nails of my life here!!! They are super cute and well made, the lady who did my nails was lovely and communicated with me to make sure they were how I liked! The salon was very clean and beautiful and very reasonably priced! 10/10 would definitely get my nails done here again!

A mixed experience at this salon which I attended based on recommendation.
The owner was gentle and caring while doing my daughters nails which was great. On the other hand communication during the process of my infills was minimal to a slightly uncomfortable level.
A small (I think LED) device was used to dry some of my nails without an explanation which I found very unprofessional. No explanation of what was happening or why.
Also, I found the guy filing down my nails before the infills was not cleaning up during the process, I ended up covered in the nail dust. I made a joke to prompt some action but to no avail.
If I would have attended alone I would have raised these issues but as I was with my daughter I just left an unhappy customer.
Unfortunately I would not recommend the salon based on this visit.
