Visited this salon for a wax. Concerns around the hygiene. Also a very rude manager, who is unable to accept criticism in person and as appears in some of the other 1 star reviews on here also.

It is also very obvious that white people are treated differently, and with more respect than other races, especially those that are black. They whisper and talk about you in their language if you ask them how much longer you have to wait when you are running late, and God forbid you let them know you don't like something.

Back to the wax....... they double dip the spatula in the wax, and to my disgust use the same pot of wax for different clients. Leaving people open to cross contamination, infections etc. One of the ladies advised that a different spatula is used each time they dip into the pot of wax on some areas, however not all.

It is standard health and safety, and good hygiene practice to use different wax for each customer.

Very rude manager! With a lot of attitude.

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to and I’ve been getting my nails done regularly over the past 14 years in both Surrey and Greater London.

5/5 atmosphere-
Every single staff member was smiling, friendly and helpful, plus their teamwork was so smooth.

I got exactly what I’ve asked for and they’re the best they’ve ever looked.

I got a hand cream massage at the end which was lovely and was offered a hot drink on arrival.

I can’t wait to return.
