This is my second time here and I can confirm that this is my favorite nail salon ever. Everything is very clean, the staff are friendly and kind, and they even gave me fresh drinks, which is a huge plus. I encourage everyone to come and experience the nail service here

Unfortunately not a great experience. The salon did not feel very clean, and my finger was cut during filing and started bleeding. I mentioned several times that I have weak nails, but the filing on the nail surface continued quite aggressively. Communication in English was also difficult at times, which made it harder to explain my concerns. I hope more care is taken with hygiene, technique, and customer communication in future. By the end, I just wanted the appointment to be over as quickly as possible.

I visited the salon for the 1st time today and I had a lovely experience. All the staff seem genuinely lovely and the hospitality in offering refreshments etc was such a nive touch to the service. Very meticulous and detailed throughout the whole appointment. Pricing was very reasonable i paid £25 less than my old salon for an infil shellac and pedicure shellac total was £65 and I was so happy (bare in mind i didnt have a design) will definitely be making Natural nails my new local nail salon ☺️

Kim and Chi were both absolutely amazing — so sweet, welcoming and really take their time to make everything perfect. The salon was clean, relaxing and the nails came out beautiful. You can tell they really care about their clients. Definitely one of the best nail places around South Wimbledon, highly recommend! ✨

Natural nails salon, will definitely be regular nail shop from now on! Really clean space, I was offered something to drink and the have complimentary chocolates/sweets which is a nice touch. They were on schedule with the time slot I booked in for. Stunning nails! And fairly priced £43(biab extensions). One very happy customer :)

Lovely experience in this nail shop today ran in on my lunch break on the off chance would be able to get them done. Was able to lovely girl that did my nails asked if us wanted any drinks asked what I wanted just wanted almond and natural as was on my lunch break so didn’t have to long perfectly how I wanted them and 10 minutes of my lunch to spare perfect will definitely be returning
