The best place to come for pedicures. Dee was amazing and so so lovely! He played music for me, we even did a bit of singing together haha honestly everyone here is so lovely, I usually go there every month for my shellac pedicures

the place is not using sterilized tools. the use of the same tools like cuticle cutters on multiple people is unsanitary. same for brushes used to remove powder which are dirty. infections can easily spread. i would like to see better cleanliness from the place. also the threading is done way to rushed and harshly leaving marks and scarring on upper lip.

We would like to clarify that Nailounge only provides nail services. The eyebrow threading service is operated by a separate business, so unfortunately we are unable to comment directly on their procedures.

Regarding our nail services, we always clean and disinfect our tools after every use using alcohol sanitiser to maintain hygiene standards. For brushes, it is not possible to use a brand-new brush for every client, and we apologise if this caused any concern. However, if you would feel more comfortable, you are very welcome to bring your own personal tools or brushes for your appointments.
