The stylist / manager with the black and white hair and the glasses was so rude and lacked customer service. Will not treat you as a fair paying customer unless you have extra to spend on extra treatments. And have me a quote and changed it by £45 day of the patch test.
Really unprofessional and I was not made to feel comfortable by him.
He was dismissive and couldn’t admit to a mistake he’d made.

The girls on the desk were absolutely lovely.

I was pleased with the initial outcome, but after a week, the color has faded and the shape is no longer as defined. I was quite surprised by the level of dirt and mess. It was disgusting. However, the staff members were very nice.

Jasmine is AMAZING! So professional and so sweet. This was the best haircut I’ve ever had. The cut made my hair look so much healthier, and it honestly made my day. I felt so confident with my new haircut! Thank you for that, Jasmine, you are a real STAR. She gave me helpful advice on how to take better care of my hair, advised on what would better suit my hair and face, and was very knowledgeable. I’m so happy that I chose to get a haircut here and would definitely recommend it.

Honestly, everyone was very welcoming. And as a bonus, you get to have an emotional support dog called Kai on your lap during your appointment. Best haircut ever! I’ve already booked my next appointment with beautiful and talented Jasmine.

Mia was amazing at listening and understanding what I wanted, making sure to explain what she was doing throughout the process and check that I was happy. She was so professional and clearly knew what she was talking about! I am so happy with how my hair turned out, and I will definitely be returning to this salon. A massive bonus is that they have a really cute salon doggy who sat on my lap while I was getting my hair done. The salon is spacious and clean, and all the staff are really friendly. They also have great offers on colour and it felt well priced for the service I received. Thank you Mia! I have included the before and after photos.

Would highly recommend this place! The stylist definitely know what they are doing and provide good advice.
I first came to this salon after I had a bad botched balayage done somewhere else.

Mia talked me through what steps can be taken to fix my hair and done an amazing job getting it back as close to my natural colour.

I then came back to get a balayage done by Jasmine who put my faith back into getting my hair coloured.

I love how my hair looks and will definitely be coming back!

THE BEST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE!

I have thick curly hair and a lot of distrust when it comes to hairdressers. Many do not know how to deal with ethnic hair and in general just do not listen. I told Mia a rough idea of what I wanted with some photos and she made an effort to make sure we were on the same page before starting.

It’s the next day and I cannot stop flirting with myself in the mirror. This is exactly what I was hoping for. Just give her the scissors and let her do what she thinks is best! Thanks x

Amazing service by Mia, she went above and beyond to advise me and tailor my treatment to my expectations. Perfect results every time I go, highly recommend!

Had another wash, cut and blow dry with Jasmine who gave me great advise on how to reach my hair goals and walked out with the best cut I’ve had in years. Highly recommend!
