I went here last week for an upper lip wax. The lady applied the wax and then reapplied it again. When I got home, I noticed there was still small hair and I had lots of white raised bumps above my lip afterwards. I’ve had this treatment done at many other places before and never experienced this problem, which makes me question the cleanliness and technique use, also the service felt very rushed.

I paid £7 for a treatment that wasn’t done properly, and the atmosphere wasn’t welcoming either. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.

Great service. Ramanpreet was a fantastic foot massager. Will definitely book her again. She is very nice and friendly. Great for after a long work day on my feet. She also does a lovely manicure.
Shay has a lovely friendly personality. Her playlist is so relaxing. The atmosphere is great. All the staff are lovely. Will definitely come back😊

I came in for a simple brow threading tidy-up and tint, and I am genuinely shocked by the treatment and service I received. I specifically asked for a tidy-up because my brows had simply grown out slightly instead, my brows are now uneven, with one noticeably thinner than the other. This is completely unacceptable for a professional brow service.

What concerns me even more is the tinting process. After applying the tint, I was told there was nothing available to properly remove it( when I asked if they could use water they said they didn’t have it. Instead of using a proper tint remover or cleanser, it was literally just wiped off and left on my skin and brows. I had to go home and remove the excess tint myself using micellar water HOURS later, and the amount of tint that continued to come off was honestly alarming.

Shortly after the appointment my skin became extremely irritated and itchy, and it still is. I have had brow tinting done many times before and have NEVER experienced anything like this. This felt like leaving a hair salon with bleach still sitting on your scalp and asking the hairdresser if they have water to wash the hair and they don’t! My brow area is now sore, red, inflamed, and I was even cut multiple times during the threading.

When I questioned whether there was anything available to properly remove or neutralise the tint, I was simply told there wasn’t. That is incredibly concerning and, frankly, dangerous. You should not be offering tinting services if you are not equipped to carry them out safely and correctly.

I felt too uncomfortable and intimidated to fully address this at the till, although it was very obvious from my face that I was unhappy. Instead of checking on the situation, I was being encouraged to purchase products, which honestly made the experience even worse considering the condition I was left in.

This was one of the most upsetting beauty service experiences I have ever had. I left feeling uncomfortable, ignored, and genuinely distressed. I will absolutely never return, and I would strongly advise serious improvements to hygiene, training, and safety procedures before continuing to offer these treatments to clients.

I had done threading to my eyebrows and the woman who did it to me was rushing me when i was looking to the little mirror to check her work she said “I have Client waiting!” I am a client as well!!! And her boss was rushing her as well she did not finish my Upper lip properly when i got home there was still hair on my Upper-lip !!! And I paid for it!!!! This is stupid next time do not say to a client that you have a client waiting because i am a client too and i am paying too. Horrible experience.
