Absolutely horrible nail salon- they didn’t have a natural base for a French manicure, they only had a pink base which is an issue in itself and when I tried to explain kindly by showing photos to find a more neutral base for my French the lady told me to go somewhere else leaving my takeoff incomplete and randomly increasing the price for takeoff. I didn’t have a choice so just did a shellac there and they hadn’t cut cuticles and left so much of a gap between the polish and my cuticles that it looked like I’d already had the fresh shellac on for a week. Complete waste of time and money and very very rude people who take offence to just trying to bridge the communication gap and do a poor job! There’s many salons near by to them so don’t feel like this is your only choice like how I did!

Very rude,husband and wife been going 13 years and the service and quality have gone down hill, christmas nails was very badly finished, and they were both rude then, thought because of the busy period just stressed maybe,so tried again today awful service ended up taking my nails off to go somewhere else in future! I used to recommend never again! Lost 2 loyal customers

Have been going for a few years and always have a great service. It's clean, efficient and good value for money. The shellac process they use doesn't chip and lasts about 4-6 weeks. it grows out rather than chips. I'm not sure what people want from a nail salon if not a good quality file and polish, which is what you get here.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I visited this salon for BIAB nails, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in all my years of getting my nails done.

The man who did my nails clearly lacked the proper skill or understanding of BIAB the finish on my right hand is lumpy at the tips, and when I pointed this out, I was told it was simply the “shape of my nails.” That response alone was unacceptable.

To make matters worse, one nail chipped soon after, and when I returned to have it repaired, I was told I’d need to wait over an hour because customers having full sets were being prioritised.

This wasn’t my first issue. On a previous visit (6 October), I was quoted £30 for a simple normal polish on my toes — a clear attempt to discourage me from booking, as they had other preferred customers waiting.

I have been getting my nails done since I was 17, and now nearing 50, I can confidently say I’ve never been treated so poorly by an establishment. The customer service is appalling, and the attitude is dismissive and unwelcoming.

If I were you, I’d avoid this place entirely. It’s clear they choose who they want to serve and unfortunately, that doesn’t include people who look like me.

I had the Worst experience going there today, the lady was rude! I have been a regular customer since summer of last year only because it's inconvenient but today it had to be said as its my last time getting my nails done from them. The lady is never polite and doesn't understand English very well, considering your taking a customers request as to what they would like done. The blame is always put onto the customer after if they get it wrong, Their prices are very inconsistent every time you go in there. Last month I was charged £35 for infills and today she went upto to £40 with exactly the same request, she then went onto to say £46 if you want a full set and one colour. When questioned why this was she went on to say price went up today! The service is also about pick and choose who you want to be nice too. I'd rather pay alittle extra as long as you get what you pay for and the service is on point.

Been coming to this nail salon for years.
Lovely staff, really friendly and always ask after my family.
The service is great, nails are great and last for ages. Can’t fault them!! I really don’t understand the negative reviews because anyone who has done my nails has done them well.
It clearly says cash only when you go in and I have never been charged more than it says on the price list - unless of course I’ve asked for something extra to be added.
