I should have paid closer attention to the negative reviews. I had gel X done and not only was the nail technician incredibly rude providing the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had, but they lifted within 4 DAYS of application with a layer of gel still stuck on my nails pointing to the low quality products used. I will not be returning and avoiding at all costs.

Very good gel mani pedi experience, particularly the pedicure. Super thorough, really got in and pushed / trimmed the cuticles in a great way that made my feet feel brand new. Love that they did the manicure and pedicure at the same time, which saved me significant time. Have been before and will continue to go again.

I’m a regular at this salon and always leave happy with my nails. I usually bring in design ideas from instagram or xiaohongshu, and the techs do an amazing job recreating them 💅

Michael is super helpful, and I’m really happy with the nails he did. He was very patient, as a lot of my nails were broken, but he was really gentle and fixed everything. He even helped with a broken one the day after. Amazing service, and the doggies are soooo cute!

I paid for a BIAB overlay on short natural nails on 19th Feb. They weren't done well, and upon going there to fix it the nail tech damaged my nail bed.

Really bad services which is a shame because I really used to love coming here and recommend this place to my family and friends but it's just not the same anymore. You usually don't even get the nail tech you booked for anymore but a random nailtech on the day of your appointment. I hope this matter is addressed. Thank you

Julia did an amazing job on my acrylics! Super thin but super strong! The other women (sorry I didn’t get your name!) did a beautiful job on the chrome too! Will defo be back!!

My girlfriend went here, and came back with bloody fingers. She said her nail woman was very harsh, cut her with the electric file, and even after being asked to be more gentle still went at her like a hawk. Not to mention her re applying the nail multiple times because she couldn’t get in on straight, needing alcohol to clean them which made her fresh cuts sting. £65 for a finger torture, no thanks.

Do not use. Had a cat eye manicure that peeled off after 6 days. Called in and was told to travel back to the salon only to be told I couldn’t have them re painted. Bad quality and no offer for any compensation. Wouldn’t waste your money.
