Google I've been coming here since I was a teenager, my mum's nail shop too. 10/10 service. Anna always tries her best to make everyone feel comfortable by offering tea or coffee which is a super sweet touch. The staff are all excellent and cater to specific nail designs, service is speedy and thorough. I absolutely adore my set I had done today! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else to get my nails done every few weeks. I'm a loyal customer for life! Thanks Anna and the team you're the best ❤️❤️

Google Did my nails on Friday i paid 33£ for a takeoff shellac french tip..
please tell me why has it already chipped an when i went back today to get sorted was told it’s my nail.
shellac shouldn’t be chipping after 2/3 days should of done normal polish

Google I don’t normally make reviews but I feel as though it’s important as through majority of my nail appointment I was crying as the man who was doing my nails was very rude and unwelcoming. The nails turned out good however I will not be going back I will also note they did off me a free hand cream at the end which I declined.

Hi freya, i do remember your visit to my salon. I do remember the conversation you had bettwen my colleague i can assure you he wasnt being rude and im sorry if you do feel like he was but from i heard by being next to you i did hear him trying explain to you the difference between biab and powder and you was adamant that who ever usually use both at the same time but he did say you cant have both because they are both different treatment and different type of products if he was being rude in anyway i can assure you i would of stepped in and solve the situation. I do apologize for any inconvenience. Maybe there was some misunderstanding

Google Horrible service! I asked for gel colour but it was so untidy! It looked like I did it myself. I think the owner did my nails and she rushed it! Never going again!

Google Not a great experience - the woman who removed my BIAB used aggressive filing which has left them scratched and uneven. I also had to ask multiple times for her to stop as the over filing was burning my natural nail. I have had to book another app somewhere else, where they will remove with acetone and gentle hand filing. Would not recommend at all.

Google Not the best experience nail lady that did my nails was rude and seem to be rushing to do my nails. She actually made me feel uncomfortable and she wasn’t polite. I will not come there again.
