I have mixed feelings about this salon, and as a result, I’ve decided not to return. I chose this place for its convenience, but for the same price, I realized I can get a more professional, luxurious experience elsewhere. While some visits resulted in nice nails, others felt inconsistent. My last visit was especially disappointing: the nail tech was disengaged, had poor communication (struggling with English), and frankly, was dismissive and rude when I asked for adjustments. It felt like he didn’t care about the work, and that was very off-putting. I hope the salon improves, but I’ll be seeking another place for my future appointments.

Everyone there is so friendly! The woman who prepped my nails is very sociable and very good at keeping conversation which is very good because I'm bad at it 😆. She made me laugh a lot! The man who did my nails was nice and patient with me. I find it hard to voice changes i wanted but it was like he could read my mind! And he was patient when I did ask for changes. Overall and amazing experience. I love my nails so much and I will be coming back when I need them done again!
