Unaware that you have to book in advance. Travel all the way to nail shop and was then rejected because they were fully booked. Disheartening.

Owner Response:

Hi Rheaa,

Thank you so much for your review. We're truly sorry to hear about your past experience—it matters to us just as much as it did to you.

We’re reaching out to kindly ask if you would consider removing your previous review, as the salon is now under new ownership. We'd love the opportunity to welcome you back and show you the improvements we’ve made, including updated services and new products.

As a thank you, we’d be happy to offer you 30% off your next visit.

We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to see you again soon for a fresh and enjoyable experience.

Warm regards,
Ben

They lady who did my nails cut them down so much on the sides that I got ingrown nails. Insanely painful! I had to go on holiday with them and it made my trip so crap. Avoid this spot, really badly trained staff :(
