Didn't manage to do a basic cat eye design, after making me wait 1 hour and 45 minutes. They confirmed they could do design when I showed them the picture. Left with clear polish on no cuticle work, even tho I seen it done to the customer sitting next to me and still overcharged me. Go somewhere else!

I had a great experience getting my nails done here! The salon was lovely and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and polite. My nail tech paid close attention to detail and made sure I loved the shape and color before finishing. My nails turned out flawless, and I’ve gotten so many compliments :)

I called ahead for an appointment at 11:30. I get there a few minutes before and all the seats are filled. They tell me to wait 10 minutes, but I end up waiting over an hour. They don’t even clean any of their equipment. Disgusting and disrespectful!

Last time I visited this salon, I called ahead to make an appointment, they had me wait 2 hours, and still had people ahead of me. I walked out and went to Yen’s instead. I decided to give them another chance today. They rushed through my set and they even stopped in the middle of my appointment to start on another girls nails. YOUR BAD TIME MANAGEMENT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. If you say you can take an appointment at a certain time, you stick to it. On top of all of that, they told me at the very end of my appointment that they are no longer accepting card payments. I had no cash on me, so I go down the road to a corner shop and buy a juice I didn’t want/need so I can get them the cash. When I get back with the cash, they proceed to tell me they’re charging me an extra £5 for tip, but they “can take card payment for that!!!” THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER COME HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND THE HEADACHE. GO TO A DIFFERENT SALON. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST AND WILL HAVE YOU WAITING FOR AGES.

The (I assume he’s the) owner seems very nice at first but beware, he will turn on you and behave very inappropriately over very basic misunderstandings. A very defensive man.
*EDIT the response from the business demonstrates why it’s a place to avoid. A lack of accountability, appalling customer service, and extremely unprofessional* don’t waste your time.

Best place in Hackney to get your nails done!! I’ve tried a few places but this one is my fav by far, the people are really nice and really care about whether you like what they’re doing or not.
