The staff need to have more respect and awareness of customers … I had a poor service and there was no thought of how I felt I was insulted and judged by a older woman in here if u don’t like someone’s feet ask someone else to do them it’s simple… the staff was actually offended I had an issue if I wasn’t brought up correctly I could have said alot more to the young member who probably didn’t realise I was older than her as I am 31 … no manners what so ever because I addressed the woman as a woman she preferred LADY! If I wasn’t brought up correctly and my bday wasn’t in a few days this would have went very different because I do not take bullshit from people
Completely shocked by the whole service … i doubt they will see me again…

The service really varies depending on who is looking after you. A couple of the people are excellent so the experience has been great but then other times you pay the same for a poor service/ finish. The prices are high for the area so the service should be consistent. I find very unhelpful that there is not a price list.

I came in and showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and told them I was getting them done for my birthday. It was supposed to be a French tip with chrome powder set (see pic attached). The tips they painted came out horrendous! I had them try to fix it, but I ultimately had to tell them to take off the polish because I could not walk around with what they had done. I now have to go get them redone and probably won’t have them in time for my birthday. Last time I go here. Such an upsetting experience! £30 for an infill with no polish

I’ve been coming here regularly as a local for a long time. It’s hands down my go-to nail spot. The team is always welcoming, professional, and really pays attention to detail. Whether I’m popping in for a quick tidy-up or going all out with something a bit more creative, they always deliver exactly what I want. Consistently great service, lovely staff, and beautiful results every time. Highly recommend!
