Had Biab on my nails and shellac on my toes, attention to detail and finish was amazing on both. The nail technicians are so friendly, always make you feel welcomed and relaxed!
This is the only place i will trust with my nails :) I would highly recommend!x

The best nail salon I've ever been to. I've been coming here since around October 2025 and have been back every single month since. The staff are all super friendly, they always listen to your ideas and are very quick to ensure during your appointment that you're happy with how they're doing everything. The salon itself is so pretty, they offer tea/coffee, and as an extra bonus they have the cutest resident doggo! I absolutely love this nail shop and will continue to come back every month for my new sets

If you book a 10am slot, expect your manicurist to stroll in at 10.15. Twice I have booked the 10am slot and my technician has been late. Andy (nail technician) told me apparently‘that’s life.’ Rather than apologising profusely and acknowledging that me rushing to make my appointment on time was a waste of my time. I’m a makeup artist. There is no excuse for me being late. If I’m late, the shoot cannot take place. Unlikely to book again, they drill the heck out of your nails, leaving them very weak.

A truly awful experience. I arrived at Natural Nails with long, healthy nails, but the gel removal was rushed and completely destroyed them. My nails were severely over-filed and left extremely thin, weak, painful, and much shorter than before.

I booked gel removal and reapplication, yet when I asked for a very simple ombré design, the manager responded rudely, claiming there was no time. She then instructed the nail technician to apply any colour just to rush the service, with no care or attention, simply to close the appointment!! even though my booking clearly showed a 1 hour service.
In the end, they removed the gel and abruptly stopped the treatment, saying another client was waiting.

I have been to this salon before and have always had to wait 20 - 30 minutes or more, but I never complained. After this experience, however, the manager’s behavior upset me so much that I decided to post this review.
Customers’ nail health and hygiene should be a priority, and I also noticed that the salon did not appear clean.

The manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional and made it clear that profit mattered more than customer care or nail health. I left on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in pain, upset, and without receiving the service I booked and paid for.

This salon should seriously reconsider who they have managing it. The current manager lacks basic professionalism, management skills, and respect for customers.

I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been here a few times now and I’m overly impressed with the service. They are extremely patient and polite! They offer a beverage and make sure the nails look good. Even when I brought my dog and messed up my own nails Because he wouldn’t behave, I was so embarrassed I told them it’s fine (was not their fault), and they still insisted on fixing my nails for me which they really didn’t have to do. I’m so grateful for their kind attitude and grace!! I will be coming back many times (and I think it’s safe to say I’ll be leaving the dog at home)!

I’ve been loyal to the same nail tech for 3 years, but since she stopped doing nails, I’ve been on the hunt for a new salon. I found this place on Instagram and thought I hit the jackpot as their work looked amazing. Unfortunately, what I got was… not that.

The girl doing my nails was super sweet, but the whole thing felt rushed. She asked if I wanted my nails cut down or just shaped. I said just shaped because they were already short. Next thing I know, she’s filed them down to nothing. I’m talking zero length to the point it now hurts. My thumbs in particular? Its giving big toe.

I asked for a thinner French tip and she said it would look thinner once she filed more! It didn’t. She also didn’t remove the excess skin around my nails, and somehow I left with nail polish on my fingers. I ended up going home and removing the French to paint them one colour.

Overall, super disappointing. My nails look nothing like the level of expertise they post. Back to the drawing board, the hunt for a decent nail salon continues 💅

I absolutely love The Nail Company! The whole team is so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a genuinely enjoyable experience.
I have regular appointments with Anna, and she is truly amazing. She takes great care with my nails, always paying close attention to detail to make sure they look perfect. She's also such a lovely person to chat with — warm, professional, and easy to talk to.
I leave every appointment feeling completely delighted with my nails. I couldn’t recommend The Nail Company more highly!
