I used to come here but the price kept going up everytime for the same colour and just gell… I felt this was because I used to tip the nail artist they felt they could just see how much money they could try to charge. After paying £70 2.5 weeks ago for nails Today was charged £20 for a gell removal which is what I pay to have put on else where. I feel if they charge this price I would expect branded products to be used, drill pieces to be changed after every client for hygiene.

If I could give a 0 I would. I took my 2 daughters to have there nails done with money that they had saved. The owner is so rude is did nothing an walked away when my daughter wasn't happy with the full set a young man had slapped on her hands. It was messy an the nails were lifted. He obviously was not ready to be working on customers paying good money for what they expect. We didn't have appointments an knew we would need to wait..which we did however it seems some women receive betta treatment depending on if they are regulars. They have missed a opportunity for new customers as we will never ever go back again. We are paying for a service an they treat you Like animals. Like I said my girls are teenagers an had saved there own money to be robbed in broad daylight. You have to ask were is your moral compass when ur treating children like this. No price list they make it those up as they go along.

It was my first time visiting this salon. Honestly really nice and they managed to give me a last minute appointment. The lady doing my nails spent so much time and really got them perfect. I’ll definitely come back

Went in to get my usual my gel infills with shellac finish and it was the best I had anywhere in London for the past 15 years, the young lady that served me was Amazing, such a great job and amazing value. My nails lasted me so so much longer than my usual nail place in central London that is overpriced and not even close to this level of finishing and overall standard. A big thank you and definitely worth the travel.

Avoid like the plague!!!!!
1. They make up prices to suit themselves.
2. They do a poor job and when you ask for it to be corrected try to extort more money out of you.
3. They have POOR customer service.
If you like to be overcharged for mediocre nails by all means waste your money here.

Went to get my nails done, and I was extremely happy with them. Customer service was great, ladies are nice and professional. Will definitely go back and will also recommend it... My nail spot from now on.
