Shoddy paint job, Very rude and unpleasant staff. Personally would avoid and will not be returning:

The good:
- Was able to be seen after around 15 minutes wait with no appointment.
- Very thorough and quick removal of old nails
- Speedy and good nail shaping

The bad:
- Poor service and overall bad attitude when it comes to addressing customer preferences and concerns.

- Resistance to cutting nails to preferred length

- Worst paint job I’ve had in a professional nail salon in a very long time. Lumpy and uneven finish, technician started painting the nail half way through the length of the nail. I politely pointed out the uneven texture and lumpiness and asked that this be addressed. This was followed by about 5-10 minutes of deliberation and pointed chatter between the team before the original technician came to review what had been done. After viewing my nails the gentleman remarked that they “were better than how they were when I came in”. I was absolutely stunned at this response and had to persist. The team members then went on to pretend they couldn’t see the very obvious uneven surface on four different fingers. After more insisting on my part he finally re-did three of the nails.

Having spent £80 I’d prefer to spend double that at a nail salon with respectful and kind staff. I’d avoid at all costs.

Been going here for a while. My friend took me first time and I travel from Walthamstow because I love this place. Very welcoming staff and always will make time for you. I highly recommend this place. Great nails great prices. Lady who owns it is so lovely . X
