Warning you, don’t bother going here. Seriously I’d rather have nail polish on my nails from home then come back here. She overfloaded my cuticles. And the shape is completely off. She doesn’t know the difference between coffin and square. Not to mention how she rushed the whole process I don’t know how this place is still open. Please employ qualified nail technicians ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

I have been coming to Jenny for pedicures for a couple of years now. Her pedicures are the best, a nice massage chair, she’s chatty, bubbly and friendly, she takes her time with the hard skin and she uses exfoliants and creams too - I always get cat eye gel colours and they always look fabulously magical, and they never ever chip or fade or come off - EVER, and I’m a swimmer, swimming several times a week. Jenny has no airs or graces, she is a humble person with a humble business, she is honest and she always fits me in, many times late into the evening - I recommend for pedicures!!

The lady is so sweet: but she can’t do nails if her life depended on it. No prep work. No powdered colours. No ability to shape. Can’t draw a French evenly. Didn’t even top coat it to the bottom of the nail. I wish she could do nails because she’s so sweet but she can’t.

Absolutely love Jenny’s nails! She does a wonderful job! I come once a month and I’m always seen on time and Jenny is so friendly and nice! I get a manicure and pedicure done each month and it’s a great service! I can’t wait to come again!! I’ve been coming for several years now and will coming for many more!

I got a manicure with normal polish, the lady was friendly. But rushed the whole process, the nail painting finish does not look professional or done by a qualified nail technician. When asking the lady to fix the issue, she painted over saying no one’s going to see it close up and it will take longer to dry. I could’ve done a better job painting my own nails. But you can tell by the pictures this isn’t what you expect when you go to get your nails done at a nail salon. Safe to say I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it.

🤬🤬🤬Worst experience ever, had a pedicure, infills and shellac, place was filthy, the ladys clothes were dirty and she was extremly rough and rude, my nails were so badly done I went to my regular nail salon the next day where I was asked if my nails had been done by a trainee......Avoid at all cost.😡😡😡

I know this lady from many years as I used to do my nails from here all the time. Many years later I went today and she recognised me which was a good thing. I had booked my appointment for 7pm and went on time but I had to wait for 1 whole hour for her to finish her thing with the customers. There were 2 old women so I just thought to be respectful of their age and just wait. She apologised to me but that’s a different story. It was alright 8pm and she wanted to go home. I showed the picture which i’ve put here with RED OMBRE NAILS and asked her to do the same colour. She put purple on my nails and I told her that it’s not red at all she argued with me and said that I can’t see properly and basically called me blind (indirectly) which I thought was really mean as I was not doing my nails for free. I was angry but didn’t take it out I just let her do her thing as I thought she must be tired. After that, I saw my nails not being ombre at all like what is even this!? I paid £35 just to be disappointed. I do like the nails but I’m just trying to cheer myself up
The place was smelling bad as well.

Had acrylic nails and gel varnish. Half the nails were done very bumpy at the end. Inside the nails acrylic bumps were left. They only take cash. No after service. Refuse to rectify the nails. They asked for more cash to rectify nails. Would never recommend to anyone.
