I’m quite disappointed in the service I have received.

I have used this Nail bar multiple times.
The first time, the service was wonderful. It had been the first time I ever managed to get my nails exactly how I wanted them.

The second time, service was still great. It took a little longer than I am used to, but it was worth it.

The third time, service was questionable. I had a manicure and pedicure, which in total took 3 hours as I was left waiting around.
The icing on the cake was that after waiting so long, my nails were painted the wrong colour.

Today I had an appointment and someone started my nails 10 minutes after I arrived. However, I was then left for 50 minutes whilst staff attended to the walk-ins. It got to the point where I was contemplating leaving with only my nails sanded.

When someone finally came to do my nails again, I asked if they would be finished within the next 30 minutes as I had somewhere to be. I was told yes, but it took an hour longer.

Not only this, but the staff member was constantly walking off to oversee someone else’s nails being done.

In my opinion, service is getting worse with each subsequent visit.

Very pretty cat eye gel thank you. Service was quick and kind - I have a nasty bruise on the back of my hand at the moment and the lady doing my nails was very careful not to hurt me 😊

I’ve been coming to this nail salon regularly and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and take real pride in their work. My nails are done beautifully every time, with great attention to detail and care.

The salon is clean, relaxing, and well organised, and I always feel comfortable and looked after from the moment I walk in. They really listen to what you want and are happy to give advice if you’re unsure, which I really appreciate.

Tina and all her staff are amazing! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, professional nail salon👌🙏🤩

I have been coming g to the salon since it opened. They are friendly and warm, and have a sense of humour.
Tina always comes up with great ideas for my nails as I like to do different designs.
I fully recommend them 👌

I’ve been to this salon 3-4 times and normally it’s a lovely experience. However, I went this past Sunday and was relatively disappointed. I would like to preface that they were very busy, which may be the reason for my experience though I still don’t believe it’s a proper excuse for poor services.

I got a full set acrylic with cat eye polish and paid £40. The colours and shape from the top look lovely, though the shape from the side is disappointing. The nail on some of my fingers protrudes upward in an awkward way, and there’s a weird bump near the cuticle. The polish also does not go all the way to the sides of the nail, and the acrylic doesn’t go all the way to the cuticle.

The biggest issue I had when I was there was that my cuticles were cut poorly, resulting in them bleeding. I’ve been cut at nail salons before, and it’s enough for me to not go back for fear of infection. My finger was noticeably bleeding and there was a pool in my cuticle forming, though the woman doing my nails did not address it until another finger began bleeding. She successfully stopped the bleeding, but by using alcohol and giving me no warning for the stinging pain I felt. It is now Tuesday and my cuticles are red and sore and I’m hoping I don’t get an infection.

3 people in total did my nails, 2 men and the one woman, so I’m not entirely sure where the shape was messed up. Like I said, I normally have a positive experience at this salon and am not sure what went wrong.

If you do go here, do so with caution and make an appointment as they get very busy.

I am used to having manicures, and came here as a last minute decision, and on the recommendation of a friend.
My nails were well shaped, and the technician was about to put polish on. I asked him if he was going to put hand cream on. The man next to him told him to do so. He put a little hand cream on and massaged my hands for all of 15 seconds.
He then put the polish on. All fine and my nails looked good,
Today, the day after, the varnish on the tips is already wearing thin, and I doubt whether it will last another couple of days. The last manicure I had, with my regular manicurist, lasted for 2 weeks, and the same when I do my nails myself.
Probably the worst manicure I have ever had. I will NOT be going back.
