I’m new in the area and I thought this could be my new nail place
I went in the lady did a really good job on my feet for the pedi She had to go and do another person‘s nails and a guy took over. I wish she had finished with me and not him.
The whole time he was on the phone, I understand that he had something going on with his bank account. He should’ve gone in the back and dealt with that separately not while he’s with a customer.

He would forget to put the lamp on, when I tell him he would get annoyed He painted my nails and paid the £60 and I left

Next day the nail polish had bubbled and peeled off
I thought okay it’s one nail it’s fine. I don’t wanna go back but by my birthday three nails had bubbled and peeled off.

When I went back asked them to fix it or remove it they said it’ll be £10 to remove it. I said it hasn’t even been a week and this has happened and the guy was like no it’s £10 to remove the polish they didn’t even offer to repaint those three nails.

So I guess I need to look for another nail place that can give better customer service. What a shame.

Terrible Experience – Never Coming Back

I came to this salon for the first time and was told it's walk-in only, so I expected it to be first come, first served. I was third in line and patiently waited my turn. To my surprise, a woman who arrived after me was taken in and got her nails done before me. I don’t understand how that’s fair or how the system works here. When I called ahead, they clearly said they don’t take bookings, just walk-ins. So why was someone who came after me prioritized?

Very poor customer service, and no proper communication or organization. Complete waste of my time!!! I won’t be returning—ever.

I had a great experience at the salon! The staff are friendly, they got me in straight away and were really quick. I got an infill and they did a lovely job, the price was reasonable too so as a student it was great. Would definitely recommend!!

Love this salon. I came in for a acrylic redo with shellac, it looks good and it has lasted a long time. I had a pedicure too and it was great. Highly recommend.
