The customer service in this shop is 10/10, fun people, excellent service and very talented! Tommy did such an amazing job with my nails even though he looked nervous haha! Very well done Tommy and thank you again!! I also have ingrown toe nails and he resolved them perfectly.

Lovely staff and my nails looked great when I left the shop, but within 2 weeks the gel colour had chipped and peeled off. I’ve not had that happen so quickly when I’ve had my nails done elsewhere. Unfortunately the nice results were not lasting.

I visited this salon about 10 days ago and unfortunately I’m quite disappointed with the results. The nails have already started popping off, which is frustrating considering I paid for a professional service.

I also felt the design I asked for wasn’t fully understood, and there wasn’t much attempt to test or adjust it during the process. The final result looked uneven and quite chunky, which isn’t what I expected.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I think it’s important to be honest so others know what to expect.

I came here as my normal nail artist let me down and I saw it had good reviews. Honestly they were fantastic. The man who did my nails (I didn't get his name sorry!) was so careful and such a perfectionist which I really appreciate. He checked in with me at each step to make sure they were exactly how I wanted, he was so lovely. I will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

First time coming to Skye Nails and I had such a great service/experience.
I was a bit nervous as they didn’t have the right colour to do my nails but managed to pull it off with the light blue, and I loved the way they turned out. Definitely will come back to this place again!!! I give props to they nail stylist because it was his first time doing the ombre style in the middle of the nail, and he definitely did such a great job🫶🏼🫶🏼

I've had a couple of shellac / gel pedicures and they lasted great. Had a gel mani and pedicure 2 weeks ago and colour on a toenail and thumb chipped so popped it to see how much to repair. To my suprise he repaired both and said there would be no charge despite me asking how much and not expecting a free repair after 2 weeks wear. I was so grateful and surprised at the level of customer service, which I've never experienced in other nail salons in London, I thought they definitely deserve a positive review. Such a lovely vibe and team here. Now a loyal customer and highly recommend. Thank you 💕

This place is very good from the application to the designs they do it all especially Tommy he is good at his craft 10/10 will come again
