Lovely experience at Studio 231. Jola did my nails and was so attentive and thorough, you can really tell she loves what she does. Everyone there, including the hairdresser, makes you feel very welcome and at home. Such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and I’m really happy with my nails. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be back.

Jola is brilliant! I do not take care of my nails but Jola did! It is first time in my life that my nail varnish lasted as long as this. 4 weeks! ! Even though I do the dishes without gloves my nails are as perfect as the day Jola did them. Worth every penny.

I can't say enough amazing things about Jola! She's truly the best nail tech l've ever had. Every appointment is relaxing, fun, and my nails always come out flawless. I do my lashes and brows at Elena every time I have a special event and it does not disappoint!💯 She is always choosing the lash set based on what would look good for my eye shape. She is an amaizing lash tech, and the retention is the best!! The last time I had them done they lasted for more than 6 weeks. Totally recommend her!✨️

Honestly really disappointed with the service left very upset
I showed a picture of one of manea lashes that she previously done and wanted the same for myself however I got something completely different nothing like the picture
They look shorter than my own lashes and are not noticeable that I’ve had lashes done
Honestly disappointed
Won’t be going there again

Hi Daniela,

I am sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your lashes. When you came in, you already had old extension applied from a previous set, which had unfortunately damage your natural lashes. They had become thinner shorter and lost some of their natural curls.
During the appointment you mentioned that you had never washed your lash extensions in the two months since you start wearing them, which can seriously damage the natural lashes. I also noticed that your previous set had been applied with extensions that were too heavy for your natural lashes. Because I always prioritise lash health I use a lighter and shorter style to allow your natural lashes to recover and grow stronger overtime.
I also give you a free lash shampoo and explain how to clean and maintain your extensions correctly to prevent future damage.
Through the appointment, I explained every step and made sure you were happy with the result. You told me you were pleased with how they look before leaving and didn’t mention any dissatisfaction, otherwise I would have gladly made any changes on the spot. I even offered you a free follow-up appointment to adjust anything you might not like later, but I haven’t received a reply.
You also mentioned that you had previously gone to another lash artist and weren’t happy with her work which I completely respect but every last technician works differently and result also depend on the natural lashes and eye shape of each person.
The picture you showed me it’s from a different client with different eyes and lash condition so it’s normal that the same style won’t look identical. Still I always aim to achieve the closest possible result while protecting lash health. Still I always aim to make my clients happy and my offer to make any adjustments still stands if you wish to come back!
