Google I'm writing this review with considerable reluctance. I've been going to Fine Nails for nearly five years now. They do a good enough job (though once, a rookie clipped a nail too short and caught enough skin that it began to bleed). The last several times I've booked, I've had to wait 10-20 minutes, despite arriving on time or even early. When I'm there, I regularly see others arriving with reservations who are also made to wait well past their appointed time. What's the point even of making reservations now?
Owner Response:
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for being a loyal customer of Fine Nails for the past five years. We truly appreciate your continued support.
We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experiences, particularly the waiting times and the incident you mentioned during a previous appointment. This is certainly not the standard of care or service we aim to provide. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the team as we continue working to improve scheduling and the overall customer experience.
We genuinely value your loyalty over the years and hope we’ll have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother and more relaxing visit next time.
Regards Kevin
