Perfect pay and display parking location. Olympic park multi storey car park.
Short walk to Spa.
Cosy pretty intimate space in the private spa room.
Deco lighting and all the extras I ordered was just the way I wanted it with my husband.
It was his birthday.
What a relaxing 1 hr we had.
In my view, 1hr was a preferred length for us.
The changing room is very nice and clean.
One thing I noticed 2 people at a time is max any more it will be too crowded.
I would definitely invite friends and couples to go for a break and connect unwind.

It was my first time at Aura Organics Spa Hackney Wick and I had a great experience! The aesthetic was so pretty and the space was clean and relaxing. Rita was my lovely therapist - she was so friendly, calming, professional and skilled. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing spa services to treat yourself to.

I booked this spa as a birthday treat for my boyfriend and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and really relaxing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They also arranged a birthday balloon, which was a really nice and thoughtful touch.
The massage was fantastic
We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I recently visited with my partner for a couples spa package and had a completely different and much better experience than some of the reviews I’ve seen (which initially had me worried).

From start to finish, the visit was professional, relaxing, and an absolute bargain for the level of service received.

We arrived early, and unlike other stories of long waits, the staff was ready for us right on time. The spa facilities were very clean (which we are so particular about), looked and smelt amazing, and provided the perfect atmosphere to unwind. We received our full package time, and I found the environment to exceed my expectations.

The massages were the highlight!! Both therapists were clearly skilled and professional; my session felt tailored to me and my partners needs.

If you are looking for an affordable but high-quality spa session with treatments, I highly recommend! I found it to be an excellent deal and I will definitely be returning regularly!

First time visiting their private spa with my husband for his birthday. Had been previously for treatments.
They only use natural products so great if you avoid chemicals, or have any kind of intolerances.
Whole experience was very well organised, clean and relaxing.
Changing room was nicely decorated with hooks, robes, slippers, lockers for your items.
Loved the choice of herb bags for the steam room. Plus delicious mini cakes.
Very clever way they let you know your time is nearly up so you don’t have to think about the time.
Had massages after the spa experience, both nearly fell asleep we were so relaxed.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
So great to have this kind of experience in our local area.

Me and my partner went for spa and couples massage, 1st the spa was out of this world as was really needed. The massages were spectacular, becca provided such an amazing Swedish and my wife said maddie was fantastic also!! Will be back!!

The experience wasn’t great, to be honest. The website states that appointments may be cancelled if you arrive 10 minutes late, yet we arrived 15 minutes early and still weren’t called in until 10 minutes after our scheduled time. In total, we waited around 25 minutes while the spa area was still being prepared, which should have been ready given that we booked two days in advance.

The spa session itself was also disappointing. Although we booked an hour, it lasted no more than 40 minutes. Additionally, the facilities were not well maintained—the shower screen had no handle, and the door was damp, with signs of mould and peeling paint.

Our massage then started 10 minutes late and lasted approximately 45 minutes. I requested a deep tissue massage, which was mediocre at best. My partner chose a Swedish massage, but it felt very basic, and her therapist seemed inexperienced and appeared to be following my therapist’s lead. Overall, both therapists came across as unskilled, giving the impression they were not professionally trained masseuses.

In total, we paid for two hours but received around an hour and a half of treatment time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. There are far better spa options available at this price point.

We had a great time at the spa. It’s very clean, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. The jacuzzi and sauna were excellent, and the staff were really professional. We’d definitely go back and highly recommend it
