Word of caution: please make sure to confirm the final price after agreeing on the lash extension design you want. I showed a reference photo of the style I wanted, and there were no issues raised before the appointment proceeded. However, when it came time to pay, I was unexpectedly told there would be an additional £40 charge because the style I requested was considered more voluminous.

What made the situation more disappointing was being told that this had already been explained to me by another staff member, which was not true. The manager then proceeded to make several phone calls to try to verify this claim. In the end, the additional £40 charge was removed, but no apology or explanation was offered.

I would have appreciated clear communication about pricing from the start to avoid such an unnecessarily uncomfortable situation. Unfortunately, due to this experience and the lack of trust it created, I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Lovely experience! It was my first time and they were extremely nice and made my nails look fresh! I really enjoyed how much attention they take to make each nail look perfect. The loyalty card and little bottle of nail oil was also a very nice touch. Will definitely be coming back. 🤩

Update: have returned a few times and the service has been amazing but what I loved the most is that I came back for an appointment 5 days ago and accidentally chipped one of my nails today and they fixed it free of charge! 😍 will definitely keep coming back. And the ladies are all so nice!

A fantastic first experience, Yiou was amazing and really took the time to recommend what was best for my nails. Has been a long time since I have been to a nail salon that really cares for the health of their clients nails!
