I came today for a mani pedi and overall the service was good, but the order of treatments and rushing the drying process left me with a poorly done pedi. After my toenails were painted, I was asked to walk to another room for eyebrow threading whilst wearing toe separators, which caused my big toe to smear.

A lady kindly tried to fix it, and after waiting to dry I was told it was fine to leave. However, once I got home and took off my shoes I could see that same toe was completely smeared.

I’m disappointed as I’m travelling tomorrow morning and the toe looks awful. I know this was unintentional, but customers shouldn’t be asked to walk around with wet toenails. I would recommend brows are only done once toes are completely dry.

I have been here a few times and would say it’s the best nail salon in Fulham. The other ones I have been to are nowhere close and staff would communicate in their own language loudly. However, staff here at La Bella is extremely polite, attentive and really focused on what they do. They also did a great job with my manicure all the time. Will definitely come back.

I went to La Bella Beauty for a lash lift and tint and genuinely had the nicest experience! The lash technician Gijna was so kind and welcoming and did her best to reassure me (as it was my first time getting my lashes done) It was such a lovely and relaxing experience experience, I would 100% recommend. Thank you so much!! :))

Needed a last-minute pedicure and my usual place was fully booked, so I did a walk-in and tried this place. I got a gel pedicure the day before a holiday, and all the polish has come off except for my big toes. One of my pinky toes had already peeled by the time I got home from the appointment.

They looked good initially, but clearly something was wrong—possibly the wrong base coat because they used the same gel brand as my usual nail spot, which normally lasts until I get them removed and redone 4-6 weeks later. Really disappointed, especially after paying £50 for something that didn’t even last the weekend.

Amazing salon, the workers are so nice, we arrived early but they still did the nails early. The nail’s themselves a beautiful and we both left pleased with the nails we got

Profesional staff try for the first, a great pallet of colour. One things is the payment with cash with is no sign around about this, i find out when i needed to pay, cash only. Which doesn’t help when u dont have ur card with you, transfer in the bank account with a top up because they are tax more.
to anyone going there make sure you have Cash. 💸
