Infected finger, cut while doing nail. Was bleeding and just laughed instead of apologising and disinfecting. and pointed this out, POLISH HORRIBLY DONE. As seen in pictures.
wrong shape but too late as she started without asking, wrong colour but would not change as said they are done now. Awful service, infected finger due to cut! And still charged me full price. Wish I never paid. I made an appointment so the ship have my contact details if they wish to rectify this.

Avoid! Desperate for tips.
will not be returning. I came in for a straightforward waxing appointment, but was asked multiple personal questions that felt intrusive and unrelated to the service. Being asked about my profession in a way that appeared financially motivated made the experience uncomfortable. Professional boundaries are important in customer service, and unfortunately this visit did not meet that standard.

Absolutely love this place, they never disappoint. Friendly staff always willing to listen to the client and the environment has an overall relaxed friendly atmosphere. The salon is very clean with stylish decor. There are lots of colours to choose from and they’re always up to date with the new trends and techniques.
I travel an hour and half from home because they’re that good, I’ve been coming here since 2018.
