I've come here a few times to get my nails done. The most recent time I visited, they were short on workers so the gentleman did my nails and he was not very good so a lady had to take over. I got hard gel on my real nails and they chipped the next day. I messaged them to get it fixed but no one replied. They were super quick to reply when they asked me to move my appointment because the lady that was supposed to do my nails had a doctors appointment. I booked around a week in advance, but then got an email that my appointment was moved to tomorrow. I was super shocked and messaged the salon and only after did they ask if they can change my appointment so I was super disappointed. My friends and I now go to a new nail spot next to Earl's Court Station with considerably more workers who are a lot more skilled.

Honestly the best manicure spot in west! I usually
get issues with lifting but these ladies have the best motto: “no rush, no stress”. They’re always so careful and the attention to detail is always present. Massively recommend !

I went for a manicure and pedicure at Sunny Nailspa on Saturday. At first, I was a bit hesitant, but the pedicure area is separate, so it felt really comfortable. The staff are friendly, the shop is clean, and they did a great job on my nails. I’ll definitely be coming back.

SO pleased to know Sunny nails spa are back open after their renovation! I had a manicure pre-booked and Emma squeezed me in for a pedicure and stayed after closing hours. They are all so lovely in there and the attention to detail is amazing. The service is always incredible. I left a very happy customer, the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had to date! Highly recommend going here! Thank you again guys! X

I recently visited Sunny’s Nail Spa for a pedicure. I had originally booked a normal nail polish but changed my mind and showed a picture of the style I wanted. I was told this would be an extra £10, so I agreed. However, during the treatment, I was unexpectedly charged an additional £20, which was frustrating.

The service itself was disappointing. The technician left three times during my pedicure to attend to other customers, which felt unprofessional. The final result was poor: the color was not what I expected, there was still dry skin on my heels, and nail polish around my toes wasn’t cleaned off properly.

Overall, I was unhappy with both the service and the outcome, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Have been coming to Sunny Nails for over 2 years!!! I couldn’t recommend it more highly. There is no one in the world I trust more than the staff there with my nails. Especially Tien- she is an absolute delight!!

She does the most incredible nail art and also suitable for very short/bitten nails!!

I recently had a manicure and pedicure at Sunny Nail Spa, and the quality of the nail work truly stood out. The attention to detail was exceptional—everything was done with such precision and care. My nails were shaped perfectly, the cuticles were meticulous, and the polish application was flawless. You can really tell they take pride in their work and focus on doing nails right.

Although the salon itself is fairly basic, it is very clean and well maintained. The staff were polite, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. For the level of craftsmanship and care, the pricing was more than reasonable.

If you’re looking for beautifully done, precise nails and excellent service, I highly recommend Sunny Nail Spa. I’ll definitely be back- thank you Sunny Nail Spa 💅✨

Hands down my favorite nail salon in London! I have been coming here for over 3 years and always get the best manicures and pedicures. I don’t know what they put in their gel/BIAB, but my nails always stay put perfectly with zero chipping even up to 6-7 weeks! They’ve done some beautiful designs for me over the years, I wish I had more pics.
