I had such an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and professional. The salon itself was spotless, relaxing, and beautifully set up.

My hair turned out exactly how I wanted — the stylist really listened to what I asked for and paid attention to every detail. My nails were also absolutely perfect and lasted so well afterward.

I left feeling so confident and pampered. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful hair and nails with excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had booked a service through ClassPass to find out the place closed when I arrived. Totally lack of respect to customers time and energy.

I went in with badly damaged toenails, broken, lifted, and in really poor condition. Firza was incredibly patient and gentle the whole time. She took her time, paid attention to every detail, and honestly worked magic on my nails. I’m so happy with the result. I’ll definitely be going back again!

Don’t do your eyebrows here, you will regret it. It’s the cheapest place in Camden for a very good reason: they will do your brows in a hairdresser chair and you will leave with uneven eyebrows and they will not follow your instructions. I asked for just a clean of the rogue hairs and she just made my eyebrows so thin I look like I am back to the 90ies. To add insult to injury I have one eyebrow significantly thinner than the other. I left a review in Treatwell and they contacted me to go back for a free service, I won’t go back not even for free, won’t go even if they pay me to go. Terrible job but the ladies are actually lovely, it’s such a shame.
I am so upset because it will take months to grown them back but lesson learned!

I had an amazing blow dry here, full brushes and rollers put in for volume and they listened to exactly what I was after. Also had my nails done and left like a brand new woman. A really nice vibe in the salon and all the staff are lovely and can't do enough for you.

I love met a lovely lady named Billie that has made me feel like a brand new women and raised my confidence like never before, she is the most professional honest person that I have ever met in my life and I see her going on to great things. The amazing hospitality provided, excellent customer service and the perfect results is something I would recommend everyone to experience at least once in their lifetime thank you so much Bille xx 😇
