I Did a Hollywood wax here and went away with sores on my vaginal area that aren’t going away, ive had waxes for years this has never happened but i came due to pregnancy. The towels were not clean and i can tell overall they weren’t that hygenic.

Lost half an hour of my day to get there, only to be turned down for my appointment. I needed to get acrylic removal, which I did book in advance. The Treatwell app did not have the option for acrylic, so I had to go for "gel removal", and when I got there the lady kept saying that it was my mistake, because they do, and I shouldn't have chosen gel removal. She said she didn't have time to do it, as she had another client in 15 minutes. First of all, make sure to have all of the options available so you don't waste people's time and yours, second that wasn't an half an hour job like she said. Another place nearby did it in 15 minutes.

I had an appointment with Rish. I came here for my first wax, It's hard to tell if the lady who did my wax was untrained or just a horrible person.
Due to health problems I have a lot of body hair, which I was shamed for at the appointment.
I turned up for my appointment and she said that my leg hair was long, I asked if I should come back another time and she said no, it's fine and then proceeded to wax me literally until I bled. She told me that bleeding was normal and naively I let her continue out of desperation to be rid of the hair.
I was anxious and self conscious so I let her proceed with the treatment.
I lightly touched her wrist to ask her to stop as she forcefully ripped the wax off. She gave me a dirty look and said "don't touch me" I was shocked and concerned and wanted to leave but I already had wax in me that needed to be removed. The lady who accompanied her however was more kind and understanding than she was.
I have since been for waxes in other spas and beauty salons and have never had such an awful experience. I hope she isn't still working there.. what a bully of a woman.
I felt completely violated.

Loyal customer for 3 years but the poor service finally drove me away. They cancelled my appointment over the phone 40 minutes my appointment time (machine breakdown) while I was already traveling an hour to get there. Staff offered a complimentary session as compensation.
When I came for my rescheduled appointment and asked about the free session, they had no record of it and refused to honor it. Their email response then claimed I had moved the appointment myself (false) and the offer was “made in error.”No proper record-keeping, staff don’t honor their own promises, and they rewrite history rather than take responsibility…Can’t recommend!

I had a fantastic laser session at Camden Beauty Spa. Jina was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She explained every step clearly, checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable, and her experience really showed in the quality of her work. I felt completely at ease and well taken care of. Highly recommend Jina and the spa for anyone considering laser treatments.

Had a Swedish massage with Bianca and she was absolutely brilliant!! Really knew her stuff and got my long lasting pain in my neck and back out! It did return pretty soon due to my posture but it sure was great not to feel it for a little while! Would definitely return as a treat for myself as they’re not the cheapest and could have really done with a deep tissue but it was considerably more. Great overall experience! Thank you!
