I have been coming here for a while now and they was excellent and the last two times it was absolutely shocking the time before today i had to get them taken off and re done cause they wasn’t anything I asked for and today I showed a picture the shape is different infact every nail had a different shape and the length is so short the nails are also un even and thick I am so upset and angry spending money for absolute rubbish

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. I’ve never had such an awful experience in my life. There were a few things I didn’t like about my nails which I pointed out (e.g the nail tech filed my nails slanted to which I pointed out). Whilst rectifying the shape they started talking about me in their language to which another customer who understood pointed out. The entire customer service was rude, disrespectful and disgusting. I’d never go back to a place where I can’t speak up for myself.

The nail bar is good however despite booking appointments, they are always delayed by at least 30mins - 40mins. This is frustrating especially as advance bookings were made for a given time on all occasions. I appreciate salons get busy therefore I suggest operating a ‘walk in basis’ only going forwards to avoid customers leaving frustrated.

Terrible customer service. I walked into the nail bar for my appointment and no member of staff greeting me or asked what I wanted done. All 9 members of staff looked at me and then looked away. I was left standing at the door embarrassed and not sure what to do. They didn’t ask if I had an appointment, they didn’t ask what I wanted done, all 9 of them literally said NOTHING. I took it upon myself to take a seat next to two women who were waiting to get their services done, which meant I wasn’t going to be seen at the time of my appointment. After 5 minutes of waiting I decided I’m not going to give my money to such a rude and unprofessional establishment. I left and went to Glamorous Nails in Beckenham instead. They were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend you go there instead.

Enjoyed the experience of having my nails done, very gentle, which I appreciated. Also very accommodating with appointments, managed to squeeze 3 of us in. But within a few days my daughters gel varnish had chipped, she is very active so I thought this is down to lifestyle, I didn’t really worry. But then within one week my gel nails had chipped! And it’s just got worse everyday and 2 weeks on it’s just looking horrible on both hands
And I feel embarrassed. My pedicure was done a month ago in. West Wickham and they haven’t chipped. I don’t expect gel to chip, I was extremely surprised and this will
Stop me going back to Elmer’s end again.

Disappointed. Always used this bar, but on last' visit' two customers who came in after me were served first. Was not given a reason why until I brought it to their attention. Treat all customers equally/fairly.

My go-to nail bar - I even moved areas and tried different nail salons that were more local for me and none are as good and friendly as Nail Bar at Elmers End. Thanks so much!
