Such a lovely salon with a great atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My nails look incredible – the shape, colour, and finish are perfect, and they’ve lasted so well without any lifting or chipping. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came here 2 weeks ago because I saw the great reviews and I have to say, they were right on the nose!

I didn't come with an appointment so the wait time was a bit long (my own fault for not booking and a testament to their popularity) but I didn't mind as Linh was so caring with her customers and checked in with us now and again to make sure we were alright.

My nails were started off by Linh's father Lộc (I hope I'm spelling all the names right 🙏🏽), he was really great and it was a comfortable process unlike other salons I've been to, who make it feel like they are twisting your hands or tugging. Lộc was incredibly thorough and gentle while doing the prep and acrylic tip part.

Next was Ann, who did the gel and colour, again she was very thorough and made sure I was happy with my nails throughout the whole process. I absolutely love how they came out and have even had a few compliments on them. On my way out I met Linh's mum who was on reception, she was also so friendly and a pleasure to meet.

Another reason I chose this nail salon is because most places now seem to do very bulbous and thick nail bases, so many in fact that I'm wondering if it's a trend, from the pictures online I could see this wasn't one of those places and that they did nail base the perfect size for nail beds.

Honestly, I haven't had my nails done for years and only got them done because I was going on holiday but with how much I loved my visit, I think I'll start going regularly, see you all soon at my next appointment ❤️🫰🏽(sorry for the long review!)

I don’t usually leave bad reviews and wanted to give this place a chance as was recommended by a friend who used this salon on a regular. I showed the nail tech the nails I wanted. Firstly I wasn’t able to pick the base powder colour so was given a colour I didn’t really like but was not a big deal for me. She started without asking me how long I wanted my nails cut them short explained to her I wanted them long. So she started that one nail again. The shape was extremely off from what I wanted but asked for them to be filed more to my desired shape. I then went down stairs to have my feet done which were in need of good care as the last place I went didn’t do a good job. The man started by asking me if I wanted an infill on the acrylic on my big to which had broken. This threw me off as I obviously did as this had grown out so the option he should have given was to infill or take the acrylic powder off ? I asked for thin white tips which the man couldn’t do neatly. Another lady came down stairs asked me what was wrong. I just wanted them thin and straight. Excuses were given. I was made to feel as if I was the problem. At this point I just wanted to leave as I was in their for over 3 hours. My toes turned out fine but once again the base colour I wasn’t allowed to pick. I wanted a pink but was given a nude colour which I didn’t want but no other option was given. Another lady finished the design. The design is fine no problem with that. It has been 11 days and 3 of my nails have broken. My index finger snapped in half and now left with a small fragment of my own nail. Inside the shop it stated nails last 3 weeks which I’m now believe is a lie clearly they do not. My usual nails last 3 weeks and end up lifting from the end of the nail never break in half from the top. When I want to take my nails off I can pick them with floss and they come off whole. My nail bed is damaged can’t get new nails until the nail grows back. Wouldn’t recommend. There are multiple cracks that will break my nails in half. (Try to upload photo but not very clear) Was told people from love island come here and service is great but didn’t experience this on my first visit. I also work a full time job in north west London so difficult to get my nails done. Definitely not worth the money as I spent over £80 for hands and feet.
