The worst nail shop I have been to!! Oasis for Biab to be removed and a manicure all she did was file the top layer off and put some oil.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! There is a reason they are never busy!! Because there are NOT good!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for years and have always appreciated the quality of their work and friendly service. However, I was disappointed with my most recent visit. I was charged an extra £1 simply for paying via bank transfer, a method I’ve used many times before without issue.

While I understand businesses may revise policies, there was no clear communication about this charge beforehand. It’s not the amount that bothers me, but the principle especially as a regular client. This experience unfortunately left me questioning whether my loyalty is valued.

I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit intended, as I’ve genuinely enjoyed coming here over the years. A bit more transparency and consistency would go a long way in maintaining trust

I went for the first time to have my manicure done.
The lady did not clean properly my nail, also the nail polish start to come off.
She rushed because they were people waiting.
Also at the end of the service she left me drying my nails and did not got back to me. No hand massage or hand cream.
Had to go to the counter and pay as I stood there and waiting
Not very pleased with the service unfortunately
Not to mention is a bit price for the service provided

I always love Luv Nails with Quinn but she is no where to se seen. I went back there twice now hoping to get the same service, but no. Ignored the first but it happened again. Red all over the skin and its not cuts. Washed it many time and still the same.

I have been going to Luv Nails ever since it opened and i wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Tina and the team are extremely friendly and accommodating, the salon is spotless and there are over 700 colours to choose from. My nails always last 3 weeks and all the ladies are quick and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend!
