I came in on my lunch break to get a wash and curly blow dry and I was greeted by lovely ladies. Diana and Hakimah were very welcoming and cheerful. Diana washed my hair and the massage was so good I was about to fall asleep. Both herself and Hakimah blow dried my hair and as I had to go back to work they put it in pins and a hair net so it doesn’t get ruined until the event in the evening. Trully amazing service will recommend everyone to go to Khubsoorat!

I’ve been coming here for two months, but today my eyebrows were completely messed up from a young lady. One was made shorter than the other, a patch was taken off where I barely have hair, and I’m left with irritation and rashes.
When I mentioned it, I was told “don’t worry,it will go away” which felt very dismissive.
I only asked for a tidy-up, not a new shape. Really disappointed with today’s service.

I have been coming to this salon for about three months, I must say, lovely service and kind staff. Geeta is my go-to, I love her! So thorough and knowledgable, and always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. Results are great, I only come for full body waxes.
I have noticed slightly more ingrowns on my legs than from my previous waxing place- but no stars off for this as it can be fixed with regular exfoliating and it’s just an unfortunate part of waxing you cannot really avoid. The price and service is very worth it, I have recommended to my sister and now she also gets her waxes here. Run dont walk, amazing salon! 💕

Please don’t go for a hair cut at this place , The lady I think her name is Diana looks European who claims she works here from several years literally chopped my lovely long thick hair it’s been few months my hair growth has stopped after that nasty hair cut and those chopping bits are turned into nasty dry straws u can not see any shape at all just chopping hair :( literally feels like some child chopped my hair while I was sleeping , very disappointed I wish I had a choice to give 0 star to this place

I have lovely experience today at khoobsorat salon.. the moroccon girl did my hair cut, wash n blow dry.. ilove how fast she is and she did an amazing job

I'll definitely recommend this and come again..
