Google I got a simple manicure done and the quality of the nail varnish is too poor. It is like gelatine after applying layer after layer and just peels off. She tries to be amicable and customer friendly but the quality of the people and the products are not top. The lack of talent and Health and Beauty certification from a top academic institution is noted. Anyone can file the nails, remove the cuticle and apply anything. Next time pay more and choose carefully the salon. Being nice does not cover for lack of talent and refilled products.

Hi, we are sorry to hear this. I always tell customers that normal nail polish does not last on their natural nails beforehand, and to be careful with your nails after. All of our polishes are new when we get them and we constantly buy new stock. We have informed you that regular nail polish will not last at all, duration depending on your daily activities and we always recommend clients opt for gel for the best results. Once again, we are sorry that you are unhappy with your nails.

Google Sunray is my local nail salon and I have been going there for almost 2 years. The salon manager and the nail technicians are very attentive and the quality of the service is never disappointing!

Google Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. Despite booking in advance I had to wait 15minutes upon arrival. Then she kept answering messages and going to talk to other customers while doing my shellac. The result was pretty messy and not very even application (see pictures). The shellac Then started peeling off within a day. Called to at least have them remove it for free as didn't want to go through this again, and they could not accommodate me in between, but asked that I come during working hours. I now have to look for another salon and pay to have the shellac removed.

Unfortunately, the times we suggested did not work with your schedule, but we did try to accommodate you on another day. Google Been to many many nail salons to find local one with good nailist who can do precise cuticle removing and detailed good work. I’m so happy I found one here and alway so polite and such wonderful job . Super clean too. Thank you so much indeed .
