Google Emma and her team are so professional and helpful. They went out of their way to stay late and give me a pedicure. They take real pride in their work and do a very good job. I would recommend to anyone.

Google If you are willing to wait and have walk ins after your appointment assisted before you this is your place. I was charged 40 for mani and pedi but someone else got charged 30. The owner is remarkably rude. Avoid.
Owner Response:
Hi Maria .
I hope you are well!
I am so sorry for any inconvenience.
I deeply appreciate your comment.
You said you were charged £40 for manicure and pedicure while someone else was charged £30.
Firstly I confirm that manicure and pedicure are not £40 in the price list. You can check the prices in the price list of shop.
according to the record of CCTV, on 18/07/2025 pedicures were charged £40 and £30. Taking off colour and doing shellac pedicures are £40, and regular colour pedicures are £30
That is the reason why you were charged £40 because you did take off the gel colour and do gel pedicure, and someone else did regular colour pedicure so she was charged £30
Once I thanks for comment

Google I’ve been twice to this salon and both times I’ve been unhappy with the service. I’m not sure why I went back the second time but never again.
They don’t listen to what you ask for, they give you the wrong colours and they over charge you and make you feel bad for questioning. I now realise why it’s never busy.
I’m so disappointed and will never return.
Owner Response:
Hi Ashlee Young.
We apologise for misunderstanding you.
According to CcTV today I saw that you paid me £35 for the fullset . My staff thought you requested the gel powder that is more expensive than normal acrylic. So he did apply gel powder for you. When paying we told you that this fullset was £38 because of being applied for gel powder. But you said that you didn’t ask for this. , and we just charged you £35 for normal acrylic fullset.
If I over charge you or you are not satisfied anything. Please come back to the salon. We will redo it or send you your money back.
I appreciate your comment.
With regards
