Google I highly recommend this nail salon! The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I had cat eye nails done and I’m really happy with the result, they look beautiful, clean, and glossy. The whole experience was lovely and I’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

Google I’ve been getting my nails done for years at different places and have never written a review.
But my experience at pure glow was so odd to put it one way. The lady who served me (she was wearing a green adidas top). Was so miserable and genuinely treated me like I offended her as soon as I sat down?? I even complimented her nails and she gave me such a sarcastic ‘thanks’.
I don’t know what was happening but the other staff were being nice to their customers, offering them a drink. I received no such service at all.
She was just honestly so miserable I found it so baffling. When paying she tried to pretend the card machine wasn’t working even though a customer before me clearly paid with card. It also seemed like she just made the price up on the spot punching random numbers into the calculator. As nice as this place is to look at I will not be returning. I walked out of their feeling genuinely confused at my experience and why I was treated with SUCH an attitude. The nails were also average. Also they charge extra for ‘sorting your cuticles out’ when that is just usually part of a normal nail service. Very strange to say the least.

Google Looks lovely and inviting. The initial welcome was good was kindly offered a warm drink - I was told 1 price at the beginning then it changed as I was going to pay. I was not notified of the price difference which should be a standard communication. The nails itself was okay but my biab was not shaped like they do in my other nail shop (they just didn't a little filing on the edge of the nails). So I think they were doing it the lazy way and still charging.

Thank you for your review. However, we do need to correct several inaccurate statements.
The pricing was clearly explained before the service began, and the final amount increased only because additional add-ons were requested during your appointment. Suggesting otherwise is simply not true.
Your nails were completed carefully and professionally, and you were asked multiple times throughout the appointment whether you were happy with the shape and color. No concerns were raised at the time, despite being given several opportunities to do so.
We also will not tolerate disrespect towards our technicians. Describing their work as “lazy” is unfair and inappropriate. Our team works extremely hard to provide a high standard of service, and every client is treated with patience, care, and professionalism.
Constructive feedback is always welcome, but rude and disrespectful behavior towards staff is not something we accept at our salon. We believe mutual respect is essential, and based on this experience, we do not feel our salon is the right fit for you moving forward. We genuinely wish you the best in finding a salon better suited to your expectations.
