Wouldn’t even give a star firstly I got an infection in my nail which lead me to go to urgent care to get antibiotics due to the tools being contaminated also all nails have fallen off and it hasn’t even been a week and half which is unacceptable would avoid at all cost never in all my life have I had this happen

I have been a regular customer at this salon for a long time, visiting at least once a month, sometimes twice. Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting, and I left feeling publicly humiliated.

I called the salon in the morning to book an appointment and clearly explained that I needed:
- gel removal
- two acrylic nails removed
- new gel nails
- gel toes with french tips

I repeated this several times on the phone and was told the total would be around £60, so I withdrew cash accordingly. I was given a 12pm appointment and was told to come down.

I was in the salon for almost two hours, which I understand can happen during busy times
(usually it takes acrylic set two hrs. I just went for gel polish change and french tips and no manicure and pedicure).
The salon was very busy with many walk-ins, but I did not complain and was patient. However, the service felt rushed towards the end and my nails were not finished to the usual standard, again something I chose not to raise at the time.

Some walk ins got done before me and again J didn't complain. And they were fine with walk ins with any service but she had problem with someone who booked an appointment!!!

The most upsetting part came while paying. One of the staff members raised her voice angrily, saying I should have informed her about gel removal — said loudly in front of a packed salon. I was shocked and embarrassed and didn’t know how to respond. I was then told the price was £66, despite being quoted £60 earlier. I had to leave the salon to withdraw more cash from the machine next door.

Looking back, I regret not saying more. If gel removal was supposedly not mentioned, how was the initial quote so accurate? I am a regular customer and the staff are aware of the services I usually get — and I clearly mentioned everything on the phone.

Shouting at a customer and speaking rudely in front of others is completely unacceptable. Being busy is not the customer’s fault, especially when I had a confirmed appointment. If the salon is too busy, customers should be told honestly so they can decide whether to wait or go elsewhere or simple Stop Taking Walk In's!!!!!

Additionally, speaking in another language in front of customers, combined with rushed and unsatisfactory service, made the situation feel even more uncomfortable and unprofessional.

This experience has genuinely changed how I feel about a salon I used to trust and visit regularly.

Amazing service as always ( i reccomend a pedicure) and very beautiful nails , great attention to detail and I mentioned i was in a rush and they were quite accommodating and made me feel as welcome as always , thank you kindly

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been made me wait 3 hours! And as people are going in there taking them straight away for there nails to be done and making me wait 3 hours!!!!!

I’ve been to several nail shops around London and Kent, rhis is by far one of the best nail shops around, they manage to fit me in last minute, they treat me with care and respect. Staff are professional and experienced and always make my nails look amazing. Eyebrow wax/tint service is also great. I live in Swanley but keep returning to this nail shop in crayford 👍👍

Absolutely terrible experience, I waited 40 minutes for a simple nail service, and during that time three people who came in after me were taken first- no explanation , no apology nothing. I sat there patiently whilst they ignored me , after I asked how long the wait will be they replied not long and insisted I shouldn’t leave. Then as soon as I get up to leave suddenly they tell me ‘’come now’’. Seriously , that’s not how you treat your customers unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be coming back and I wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone looking for a decent service.

I was recommend by a friend to come and use Station Nails as my last shop mested up my nails. So 1st time today I came to the shop. I'm so pleased with the out come definitely will be back and will recommend to other people. ❤️
