Very disappointing laser hair removal experience with Natalie after spending over £800 since November 2024 for three areas and only one area was partially successful.
Electrolysis was offered after I made a complaint but it was certainly not suggested as free, as later stated and also apparently had to be weekly. The very long established clinic (since 1980’s) I now go to said that was incorrect. By this time I had no faith in their hair removal services anyway.
I was left to monitor the results myself and only told to grow the hair out when I mentioned my doubts that the treatment was working. Up until then I was told it was working and there wasn’t much hair left.
After complaining, I was finally told that my hair roots were red but since I was having laser not electrolysis I’m not sure how this would have been noticed and it certainly wasn’t mentioned at the time, just confirmation that it was working and I didn’t have much hair left, in fact it hadn’t worked at all!
Also Natalie said that she couldn’t have known if it wasn’t working because I shaved??? Well I could see the 2-3 day stubble so not sure why she couldn’t. Then various excuses that it doesn’t work on grey or white so she wouldn’t have known which stubble was grey or white, so why tell me it was then? I only had a few of these anyway, the majority were brown. Even when my growing the hair out proved it hadn’t worked at all she still did a treatment and charged me for it.
I only went there because of the laser type Diode for fair hair removal but it did not even work on brown hair let alone fair.
I finally got an £100 refund but it was like getting blood out of a stone.
My advice: don’t waste your money!

Super pleased with my results from Natalie at Nouveau. I explained to her what feature was bothering me and she suggested a more effective and cheaper treatment plan to what I had in mind. The results that have blown me away. I wish I had went to her years ago!

Whenever I’ve had a consultation with Natalie, she has always been honest about what treatments I don’t necessarily need. I can always trust her to provide a perfected, natural enhancement.

I’ve been having electrolysis treatments with Natalie at Nouveau beauty clinic since January this year (2025) and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Natalie is warm, professional, and incredibly skilled at what she does. She takes her time ,makes sure I’m comfortable, and always works with such care and precision.
