Every single time I've had my nails done here one of them snaps sometimes they actually look quite nice and other times they're just really wonky and there's a shitload of imperfections, I think the problem is they don't want to turn away customers so they end up rushing through clients and you pay a full price for a half price service. I'm going I'm going back to my nail shop in Welling.

I have always used a place in Dartford but needed an emergency appointment in January so came here thinking it would be a one off to get me by apt well I was so impressed I have dropped my last place the reason why….. my nails look so much better more natural and last 2 weeks longer the service is better not rushed and really is a lovely nice relaxing environment I actually feel like I’m treating myself thank you Cindy for today I will be back x oh I had ombré pink and white acrylic overlay on natural nails

I don’t know why they have a booking system because they never go by it. This is the 3rd time I have booked an appointment and gone to my appointment only to be told that I should take a seat. Knowing that they only have one or two staff and I can see they both have clients they are currently with I asking how long the wait is even though my appointment is then, only to be told I don’t know come back later! By there staff.

I have visited this salon twice & my 2nd experience was terrible, customer service skills are shocking and they’re just plain rude. I asked for french manicure with more of a pink base, I don’t like neutral French and I was told no that will look stupid. I had my nails done last Sunday and they have chipped and even 2 nails have come off completely. I haven’t bitten my nails which is what they accused me off, the products they’re using are just poor quality. The older lady doing my nails doesn’t apply base and top coat to the whole nail?? Leaving the nail looking half matte and half glossy once finished? I did specially ask for the lady to cover my whole nail with base & top coat she just looked at me blankly whilst the owner asked me to repeat myself twice, so I did, she responded with ‘don’t worry we do perfect nail’ they’re the worst set of nails I’ve had, they don’t even last a week without breaking & chipping. Don’t bother wasting your money.

Shitty nail salon. Do not recommend. Owner asked me to transfer the money TWICE. I told her many times the money coming in takes longer as i'm not from the UK. She claimed to have no time yet here we were 30/40 minutes waiting for her to receive the money. I pay more for nails usually so respectfully, I wouldn't steal your £45

I first visited this salon on Sunday the second of November. The place looked clean and tidy, so my first impression was good. I wanted to have SNS ( as I've been doing for the past 3 years), however the salon I normally go to is shut on Sundays. The lady removed me my previous SNS with the e-file( I always soak my nails in acetone) then to seal my nails she uses UV light(never happened to me before as well). I say to my self, different salon different techniques, they definitely know better than me.i was soooo wrong. I pay £28 in cash with no receipt and leave the salon in 50 minutes, pleased that took less than normal. 2 days later, one of my fingers chipped. I say to myself " well simply don't come back to that place". On Friday my thumb chipped and I ring them to explain that never happened to me before. Normally I visit the salon every 3 weeks because you could see the nail growing. My nails never chipped with SNS. Anyways the invite me in. I go and they ask me what colour was I say that I don't remember the colour, but I knew it was a NEON. She takes a few out and she convinces me to settle on one non neon colour even though I reminded her it was NEON. She starts to remove the SNS with the e-file again and asks me if she can apply acrylic on my nail since it was badly chipped. I ask for a tip and she says that the don't have them. I settle. As soon as she applies the colour I say that the colour was different. She tells me no, it is the same colour. I give up. At the end the colour was a different shade(as I said). As I was leaving I show them the difference. The lady who did my nails replied: THEY ARE SIMILAR. They offer me to redo them AGAIN, but I refuse and leave. 2 minutes later I ring them to say that I was going to make a complaint and I was expecting them to refund me for the bad job they did. She invites me in and I refuse saying that if the did a bad job the first and second time the would have done a bad job even the third. They ring me back 5 minutes later to invite me in again and I say to the lady, that I am a busy person and I don't like wasting my time in nails salon. She starts shouting on the phone CALM DOWN CALM DOWN. At that point I replied that she rang me back and I made my mind already.

I have been going to this Shop For awhile now after trying all of the nail shops in crayford this is by far the best cleanest and most professional. The environment is calm and well looked after they Listen to your requests and are willing to accommodate you each time.A special shout out to Emma & Cindy.They now include hot stone massage with your pedicures absolute game changer love it here! 10/10 worth leaving a review

I came in for simple square-shaped nude nails and even showed a picture for reference, which my nail tech kept checking. Unfortunately, the result was not what I asked for. When I mentioned I wasn’t happy, instead of offering an alternative or even suggesting a different shade, I was met with rudeness. I left disappointed because I expected better communication and customer service.
