It was my first time waxing and I couldn’t be happier with the service that Fernando provided. He gave me plenty of information before the procedure as well as about the aftercare and sent me an email with all of the information. During the procedure he was very good at making me feel at ease and we had a great chat which made me feel more relaxed.

It was my first time getting my back wax (well any area), Fernando was friendly, although the service was not what I expected.

I’ve booked for a partial back wax, but I’ve received a full back wax even though my hair grows in just partial areas. And I was also charged for the whole back wax, not the one that I originally intended. But after getting waxed for the first time, I was still processing the pain and I’ve only realised that after I left the saloon.

It felt a bit sneaky from Fernando to charge me more from what I originally wanted. And no, I don’t have a problem paying more, but when you do it sneakily that’s what I’m not comfortable with.

Had a relaxing time areas that would be more delicate was advised to be done first which i 100% agree staff was very friendly comforting offered water and continuously asked if comfortable very easy to find and very close to convent garden station would definitely recommended

I’ve been going to this salon in London for years and genuinely love it. It’s such a personal treatment experience - they always take the time to listen to any concerns or questions and make you feel completely comfortable. The team are very knowledgeable about treatments for men and always recommend what works best for you. Professional, knowledgeable and consistently great results. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in London looking for a trusted salon!

Maxi was extremely professional and gave me excellent service. Also had a very lovely chat! The experience itself was very efficient, quite painless and comforting.

Will definitely be back soon and cannot recommend this place more for those looking to get a wax.

I just had a waxing session here and the whole experience blew way past my expectations.
Super welcoming, pleasant and experienced staff made for a very smooth and easy session.
Very hygienic place, amazing customer care, easily one of the best in London.
