Gave one star only as can’t give none to write review .Manicure looked fine when I left ,after a few days the gel varnish started to crinkle then split open and underneath was soft and gooey.I was visiting my daughter when I had it done and this was start two days later when I went back home .I went straight to my manicurist who took it off but said I could get an infection .She said as I had blue but any dark colour, needs longer curing and mine wasn’t cured properly.I now have nail fungus on every nail which is currently being treated but could take more than 6mths .I have to take a pill as it’s more than one nail NIGHTMARE

I visited this nail salon for the first time. The staff were very kind and friendly, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with the result. Each nail looks different, and some already appear as if they’re grown out, even though they were just done. I was only asked if I liked the color at the very end, when it was too late to change anything. The gentleman offered to fix it if I came back, which was nice, but unfortunately I don’t have any other day available to return. I’m disappointed, so overall, my experience was mixed.

Very poor customer service. I didn't get to attend my appointment due to salon being shut at the appointment time. I had booked a few days in advance for 11am appointment on Saturday. I received a call at 10am asking me to come in earlier so new appointment at 10.30am. When I arrived the salon was shut. I rang to be told staff running late and to come back at original 11am slot. I did- salon still shut. I waited 5 minutes and rang again. I was told someone definitely there in 5 minutes. I said I would wait till 11.20am. By 11.20 two other customers had arrived who both had an appointment at 11am and had been told to come back by 11.15am. By 11.20 the salon was still shut so I left. No apology or follow up from the salon. I heard from others who previously used this salon that it is under new management and there have been other experiences of staff not being available at appointment times.

I never usually leave reviews but feel I have to with this one. I have visited this shop on three occasions and all have been terrible. The first time he kept pausing my pedi to reply to tx messages on his phone, prompting me to have to say something as i thought it was very rude and not professional. My shellac nails were not the best after this. The next time they were no better and chipped after 3 days. Then i visited to get my acrylic nails removed and he left my nails in such a poor condition, very thin and saw, still with lumps of acrylic on. I would strongly advise not to visit this nail shop.

I’ve struggled to find a decent nail salon and this place under their new ownership is great! The technicians don’t tug and pull on cuticles and actually listen to what you ask of them. It’s a shame they take cash only and that’s why 1 star less :( but I’m definitely coming here again 😊

expensive, look like duck nails they are blocky and it took 2 hours and 45 minutes
not happy!
