AVOID AT ALL COST.

They do not change between customers their files, and foot sponges. When they were doing my feet, the girl have done the nail bending, I explained 3 times to 2 different nail techs that All I Wanted was a straight nail on my toe instead of it bending. Nail tech lady gave me massive attitude, embarrassed me by screaming at me in front of other people that I do not understand nails and I don’t know what I am talking about, where the other nail tech took over he also couldn’t file my nail straight, so in the end I actually had to take the file and do it myself. They also charged me for that £53 POUNDS.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST!!! They are not hygienic and I will definitely will be reporting this company to ENFIELD COUNCIL for improper disinfection of equipment.

Booked an appointment at 2:45 for two people, I had mine started at 3:05 after asking how long. My friend is still waiting as I write this at 3:45. Horrible customer service. Asked several times to get started and was told “nearly”. Would never return, upset that I had to pay them for mine after how rude they were.

HIDDEN CHARGES WalkED in and asked for shellac was charged for a manicure that I didn’t ask for and for removal of my polish as well when I challenged this I was told they include it all unless they are asked not to . So why not tell me that ! how am I supposed to ask you not to do it if you don’t inform me . Overcharged unprofessional and ruthlessly rude .

honestly so so disappointed with my nails, the guy cut a qauter of my nail off then tried to say it was my skin that he cut off not my nail. Don’t even want to show my nails off at all they look horrible and the painting looks bumpy and horrible too. Now I have a slanted nail that took me so long to grow. Will never return again! What a waste of £43. Plus I had to tell him to remove the not nice stuff under my nails which I shouldn’t have to in a pedicure!!

Awful customer service! The guy doing my nails was so rude and had such a rude tone. The main lady was also joining in to argue over whether my nails were straight, when I asked them to file my nails so they were evenly shaped. It’s a real shame as the nails would have been lovely had they not filed my natural nail in the wrong shape! Additionally she doubled checked whether my bank transfer payment had gone through, even after I had shown her on my bank app, whereas with all the white customers she was happy for them to just show her their bank confirmation. The rudeness felt very targeted, please do better and treat ALL your customers with the same level of respect no matter their ethnicity!!!! Additionally the biab is not proper biab and wasn’t applied the correct way! Considering all this they still charged me £78.

I went to Cockfosters nails once before and was pleasantly surprised, this time around it was awful. Maybe they have gotten too busy to care but after I change my base colour in the pedicure multiple times they still couldn’t get it right. I simply asked for a nude ( to match my base on my hands) and was left with an ugly purplish colour. On my way out a women asked is this okay? And I said no and she just walked off. Incredibly disappointed and a waste of £95. Also whilst doing my acrylic I was in such pain with the constant tugging. Nothing like the picture I presented. Safe to say I will discourage anyone from going! There is a great salon in new Barnet which is better.
